To those non-ch and CHwho are looking a Cu Pa and Banthras BE versions are the way to go.

I currently have a bunch of CL10 3-5k ham pets on my vendor for the non-ch versions and CH armored Cu Pas and Banthras with 60% kinetic and 40% energy.

Be prepared to pay for the non-ch however On my server of Bria non-ch pets go for25k-100k. My pets range from 25k-50k depending on ham/specials.

Personally cant wait for patch 7 to go live as I think the new mounts are going to be a lot of fun

That saddle makes the Cu-Pa look fat. Poor thing.

PLEASE have your art team reference pictures of people riding elephants and such to notice that you do NOT have to be able to do the splits to be able to ride a large creature. The legs are moved forward and bent at the knees.

Riding dewbacks and bols and now bantha's just looks ridiculous.

Silly Cu Pa question -- is the Wasteland Cu Pa larger than the regular Cu Pa? I recall that the answer is yes, but in all of my time on Tattooine, I've never come across a wasteland Cu Pa.

Are they going to increase mount speed to be a little faster? Asis I only ride my mount if my vehicle auto stores and i find a house that I can pull my kaadu out. Come publish 7 this wont be a problem anymore being able call without camps, I would love to ride a cu pa around if they were fast (and I could find a non-ch variant), I understand it might look silly to see a bantha move really fast.

I know it will just have the "wow" factor, but I'm excited to train that Bantha that's been on my datapad for six months. And my kids will be thrilled!

Yea, the wasteland cu pa is larger than the cu pa. It's more wookiee sized, to be precise! It's a CL 19 beastie. The first spawn of these I ran across in the racetrack canyons N of Mos Entha had a baby out, so naturally I dropped everything I was doing and tamed it!

I doubt the dev's will ever make the cu pa as fast sa a vehicle they have previously stated that even the slowest vehicle will be faster then the fastest mount hence thats out of the picture, I do hope they bump the cu pa's normal running rate up to at least burst run rate, as is the fastest mounts run at 9 speed players run at 7 speed and burst run at 12 and mounts gallop at 15, (rough numbers unsure of exact). The landspeeder moves at 17 speed so the cu pa could be 14 speed with a gallop raate of 16..... I doubt the dev's will do this though.

Hey Q-3P0, how about adding a white skin for the cupu that BEs can make. Everyone has been wanting that. *hint* *hint*
