Does it really surprise you lol

I would just love to see a soe/swg rep and even our cor's here from all the professions demand answers and a dates. even if they get banned for it.

it would would at show soe that evryone has had enough. not to mention a rally behind our cor's and a showing to all professions that we are united.

I agree what good is it to be a correspondent if the people you are representing continously get ignored?

I believe that as a community we should get our correspondents to demand documents, and dates. We all realize that nothing gets done unless someone says, "By October 15 there will be a patch to such and such. By November 1, Combat revamp will be in place." Our experience with the SOE Development team to date is, they do squat and less than squat for as long as they can. They are not paid to play jtl they are paid to serve the customer base.

Lastly, there is never any excuse to not communicate with your customers. These forums are not fulfilling any function anymore, end of story. Communication means that two people are talking to each other. When only one person is talking you have deep psychological problems. On theses forums, excepting Jedi, we have been talking to ourselves for almost 10 months.

My next serious communication with this company will be via the cancel button. And that will make two more accounts gone.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.

correspondents talk to players, each other, and to devs.

devs talk to correspondents, and to each other.

the 'proper avenue' for issues you FEEL require hotfixes, recoding, or whatnot... is to /bug the issues as they arise (preferably from TC, and not from Live), and keep your correspondent informed.

posting wildly on the forums is NOT the way to get the attention of the devs. at best, forum posts serve as information for correspondents to check, re-check, and pass up the chain.

ROFL...even funnier than Tivo's post...I would've been submitting 3-4 /bugs a day for over a year...I gave up after about 3 months on the auto-store alone...and we should continue to /bug this? It's been on every correspondent report Vertexon has submitted, and "fixed" in I believe 3 patches, I could be wrong on that. So now what do we do to get the attention of the Devs?

And in the CH forum and many others thousands of requests, questions bugs go answered for months.

Thanks SOE we appreciate your concern for the regular guy. NOT

A friend actually talked to me about this, a guy who left SWG after he was so fed up with the treatment of SOE to its Customers, he stated "It seems like SOE just doesn't want a Quality Game." I'd have to agree with him, they make no real effort to please the customers and CH as well as others, CH isn't the ONLY profession suffering but i really don't have to preach to you guys about this its more a common knowledge, but i have to say that SOE has to get its act together or they might not like the outcome... These statements will prolly get a few people angry but its just my views on the subject to be honest.... Thanks for listening

The facts:

  1. Major CH bugs have not been fixed for a period of over 9 months

  2. There are nearly 200,000 posts on this board, behind only two professions -Bounty Hunter, and of course, Jedi

  3. Jedi bugs are fixed as soon as the devs hear about them

Conclusion:

  • The devs can no longer excuse their lack of attention for the CH community - so they've adopted the "cold shoulder" approach

  • CHs have good reason to want to know what's in store for us with the Combat Revamp
