Thread: Can we get a current list of bugs, Plz

It is listed as a kind of bug by vert but I though tI would mention it anyway, I have just got back and first day playing again for a couple of months, so it is my first time seeing the combat upgrade.

So I pull out my favourite little one (pet) a little cute long eared Kimo which was lvl 40 and I am told stats are all wrong for its level. This is a pet I engineered myself a while back, it had about 10k HAM and a few resitances around 60% and about 400 DMG. Not the worlds greatest pet in the galaxy, also not the worst, but I liked her nonetheless

So I selected adjust level to meet stats (as I have a wild tamed battlelord Merek with similar stats but less damage that was lvl 45 but now seems to be lvl 54 since the upgrade) and got the shock of my life, she was converted to a lvl 212 pet. Now this seems a little extreme to me, seeing as I have tamed wild pets of similar stats still under max level for master creature handlers.

I tried it on a couple of other pets of similar stats and all went over 210 for their creature level. Not sure if this is a bug or if creatures have now been made to be something to look at, rather than use, but one thing I do know is that I will miss my little ones. *sighs*

all

I dont think pet specials not working is a bug. I suspect this is an intended result of the CU

if you look at your training options when you try to train a creature, does anyone have the ability to actually train a pet to comand a pet to perform a special attack? I know I dont have the option to.

I strongly suspect that this is an intended feature. I hope Im wrong

p.s if any does have the ability to train a pet to do specials, please let me know and I'll report myself as a bugged case

This is what I have so far, but am definitely looking to add/subtract items as needed. What's missing from this list? Which are the most important items to focus on getting fixed first?

1. All pet special attacks are broken in the CU and do not work at all.

2. The aggro system makes it unreasonably difficult to use pets for any kind of tanking whatsoever. The first time you shoot an enemy, it immediately ignores your pet and focuses on you This seems to be fixed. I attacked a Naboo Security toon and had my BE gurrcat attack. The target went after my cat and not me even when I was bounding it with my stun baton.

3. Pets have no visible resistances. Unable to determine whether the resists are just invisible to us or have been removed entirely. If removed entirely, thisgreatly damages pet variety.

4. Pet level doesn't appear to scale correctly in a group... pets die *much* faster in combat than their CL would appear to support, and because of the con/level system a MCH has no reason to use 3 pets, as each pet would count as Level 23 (approx) and thus be destroyed utterly by anything the CH faces that's above level 28

5. Pets should not count against the group size limit. This makes Creature Handlers very undesirable in a group.

6. Pets have insufficient damage-dealing capability to function in the damage-dealer capacity implied by their "Jack of All Trades" combat role

7. BE pet conversion process tends to break pets (often making them CL 100+) if you attempt to convert level to match stats

8. Pets sometimes get stuck in combat mode and cannot be pulled out of combat Yes, this happened to me. Tryed to send my cat to attack anothet Naboo Security that was superimposed in a Stormtrooper. I could not attack, said "You cannot see that target" but the cat and the target were in a combat stance. I had to fly to Moenia to get the cat back in my data pad.

9. Pet stimpacks not working properly (reduced in power)? Did not try to use mine, will test today.

10. Mounted combat does not appear to be working. Even using /attack no longer appears to do anything

11.The command /tame triggers the auto-attack loop, which can result in you attacking a baby instead of trying to tame it

12.Pets no longer auto-follow their masters (fixed in today's update?)

13. Pets lack the versatility in general that is required for a Jack of All Trades role. There is a complete absence of crowd control or counter abilities (i.e. knockdown recovery or damage mitigation).

14. The guard command doesn't work (fixed in today's update?)

Other items to mention.

1. Baby animals appear as full grown in the wild and after you tame them. Their stats show them as lvl 1 to 5 and needing to grow, but the skin is already full grown. Funniest thing was I tamed a bol pack runner and it let me train it as a mount immediately. But the saddle was huge (like what a normal saddle would look like on a correct size baby) When I sat on the saddle, I became gigantic. Looked weird. I went back to normal size when I dismounted.

2. Animals that had large skins, GPS, Giant Veermok, Hermit Spider Queen, etc.. All the sizes are smaller. The GPS is now the size of the Crimson Razor Cat. Giant Veermok is the size of a regular Veermok. Hermit Spider Queen is the size of a regular Hermit Spider. Night Spiders are the size of regular Hermit Spiders.

3. Lots of new babies. I tamed a Naboo Bolle Bol, Slinking Voritor Hunter, Horned Voritor Lizard, Grassland Voritor Tracker, Bol Pack Runner (was looking for a Seething Bol Crusher which ARE tamable now).Other new tamables I saw were: Night Spiders, Hurton Pups.

That is all I can remember right now. I will post more later today.

This was not working after the patch. I had to constantly /tellpet to follow. If I stopped for any reason, I needed to tell the pet to follow again.

They increased xp requirements with most professions i think, haven't checked them all but it would appear to be true.

The longer you grind, the longer you play. the longer you pay.

Not hard to figure why they did it lol.

i hope this is a bug, but last night i found out that even though the baby conned as yellow(unagressive) he would still break maskscent and attack me. I was under the impression that even if its parents are agressive, the baby shouldnt be and should be capable of approach even with maskscent enabled.

pretty much every agro on endor was a result of me getting to close to a baby who conned yellow on an agression status.

Important note not all mobs in the game are balanced. People are reporting offing geonosians krayts and other high level fair by themselves or with a buddy. While others report that a crazed durni ate their level 80 player. It looks like the conversion process on all creatures is not complete

Some weak creatures are acting overly strong. Some strong creatures are portraying overly weak. Some things that should be tameable are not even though you get pulled in to trying

Another issue pets are not activateing group aggro. If I shoot a creature three or four will home in on me. While sometimes my pet walks into the middle of a pack picks one and the others do nothing. Less a bug and more a surreal advantage for ch.
