Not on topic with the subject, but Ikopi Stags are another non-lair AOE pet. And at CL30 you can have 2 of them out.

Its fun unleashing them at imperial posts. Just stand back and watch the stormies fall.

Since all creatures are 'generic' anything higher level would be stronger.

All of these should be able to handily defeat a Kamurith Defiler provided each were equipped with identical special abilities.

Not really, creatures with the same CL have different defense, different damage ranges and different ham values. A Shear Mite soldier (CL 70) does not have the same stats as a Craggy Bolma (CL70). Which is stronger? have to let them duke it out to find out. But the stats are different for both. This trend can be seen throughout all creatures that can be tamed by a CH. You'll notice some orginary pets (ones without innates) having higher ham or higher armor or higher damage ranges than a creature with a higher CL. Problem is even as a ranger you can't see the armor values, but the other two you can see.

One example is the stoneskin hanadak lvl 61 has more ham than a bull rancor lvl 65. You'll also see the defence and damage ranges on the grual and grual mauler is greater than that on a Frenzied grual which is of a higher lvl than either.

umm, quiet interesting...... so wots the "best pet" around lately? I see stoneskin hanadak is a favorite of some ( tho i dont like those apes ) .....

i also recognized that here are different stats on same levels and lower CL can have higher stats then higher CL...... do narglatches CL 22 still have 7k Health?

shame theres a mega lag of 2 min and more on every action on dantoine/farstar atm.... would like to go and see how the grauls are these days....

No... and the elite ones now revert back to normal standards

I didn't mean to imply that all creatures of the same CL have identical stats. While there are examples of creatures that have IDENTICAL stats, that obviously isn't the case for the majority. In these pets you'll find very slight differences in health, damage, etc. But nothing too dramatic.
Here's an example of 3 creatures with the same CL:

#1 Gaping Spider Hunter 165 to-hit 404 max damage 6394 health
#2 Mature Reptilian Flier 165 to-hit 396 max damage 6648 health
#3 Kinad Baz Nitch 170 to-hit 399 max damage 6450 health

#1 Dishes out more damage than #2 or #3 but has less health than either.
#2 Has the most health but has less damage than #1 and #3 and lower to-hit than #3
#3 Has higher to-hit than #1 or #2 But has less damage than #1 and Less health than #2

So which one of these is the better pet????
The one with the skin that the Creature handler likes.


I have not seen any pet that has any distinct advantage over any other pet. I want to see it, but I don't believe it exists.

A bark mite queen has a very useful skill she hits with a spray attack automatically nailing an enemy with three states no training needed. The truth is though there is no strongest in general just the strongest for you. A mch Mrifles needs something entirely different then say a MCH/MBH. In general while a level 70 may fail against a lower level creature in health invariably there are more points there across the board. The higher the level the stronger it is.

Just register and update what you know. It stands and falls by user updates.

Yeah, Its getting there. I've made 75+ updates in the last couple of weeks. There are just so many creatures it'll take a while to get completely up to date.
