Are these free gift (cl10) lava fleas tradeable???

Cos if so I can catch a higher level 1 for my MCH and trade the low level to my spare toon

No, he's right, they changed it and the "Desert Skiff" you get as a bonus is ALSO going to protect you from lava damage.

But the reward flea is one per Account, not one per character? No other critter will be able to survive crossing the lava, and for those of us who have a jedi account, only one toon gets a flea.

They should add tameable non-ch lava fleas, IMHO. It would definitely boost the CH income too.

Seriously, there's also a lava skiff that's a quest reward, so you're not totally SOL.

But you have to actually be able to get to the quest to be able to do it. The lava is deadly and the flea is the only way, until you can get the lava skiff.

Also as mentioned in the HoC chat the skiff that is given with preorder now prevents lava damage it did not during beta. So the 2 seat Lava Skiff will not be the only Vehicle. It was also mentioned the Jet pack will be able to take you over lava now.
I asked the question about CL10 Fleas in the Chat but my question was passed over along with the question about CL70 - CL80 babies other than on Mustafar.

Contrary to what you may have read, the pre-order skiff is not lava-proof. There IS a lava skiff but it's a reward for the final Obi-Wan mission.

Um, I read the stratics, who was talking to the devs and it was the DEVS that said the skiff given as a bonus will now protect from lava damage, which is why I went and found it myself (don't always believe folks if i can't read it for myself I once was gullible, I've since outgrown that... I think...) The devs mentioned it as one of the changes between TC beta test and what's going to live.

Yeah, I saw that after I shot from the hip, and then couldn't find the thread again to go back and change my reply. My apologies. I guess the devs must be desperate to sell some pre-orders to make a change like that after beta ends.
