Are you referring to the Great Plains Hunter?

If so I have stumbled upon two babies in my slow climb to MCH. I feel the only reason why I was able to get them was because my home in Naboo Moenia and back in the day you would actually find babies here and there. Plusbefore the patches I was able to tame them even though I had only 1 box filled in Taming. I found both around the Nargalatch cave with usually a parent around. Now that the baby spawns are rare I have not seen any.

I have also never seen a GPH lair. Sorry for the bad news hope you find one.

Ok there are too different creatures here. The plains hunter of Naboo which is tameable and has babies althought hard to find. Then there is the Plains Stalker of Corellia. This animal looks like a greater sludge panther, but level 50 and to the best of my knowledge and someone please correct me if I am wrong on this issue, no babies have ever been found. The plains hunter is a level 30 9000 ham creature. I have been looking for the plains stalker for some time now and would love more than any other pet love to have in my datapad. If anyone has a Plains Stalker in there dpad and is on Eclipse I will pay top dollar and give my rarest creatures to get one.

They are CL50 and I've never seen a baby. I think those babies went the same way as the Spider queens (don't have the name in front of me) all the higher level babies are either extremely rare or non existant anymore. I've had several GPS sneak up on me and then shred me to pieces, but I've never seen more than one or two - never a nest and never a baby.

I've searched the forums for info on the plains hunters and swamp stalkers of Naboo and have spent countless hours in the last couple of weeks searching for them. I've found two random spawns of plains hunters, no nests, just an adult. Killed them off hoping a baby would spawn but zilch. I'd love to get one as a pet. My tusk cats are great but my pistoleer skills are surpassing them, making them less effective as hunting partners. Don't like the looks of the other cats. I'll continue my search later I suppose but I'm not sure if babies spawn anymore. If I ever find one, I'll post it.

Anyone seen a baby of these or know if they are still around in baby form? I saw an adult last night running from Kor Vella to Coronet with 2 GSPs and a GW. It conned me and luckily It conned meand luckily my pets intercepted it. Italmost killed 1 GSP and took half ham to the other, guess he didn't have an appetite for the GW.

I have seen these a few times. Always alone, and always they are nasty. Have yet to see a baby for one. It is a very nasty CL50 creature. I want one lol.

I killed one on Corellia (north of Coronet) once after he slayed a partner that was heading up to hunt with me. Very mean beast, but not too difficult of a fight as there was only one of them. I totally agree that a baby would be a wonderful pet.

If there were babies they probably went the way of the Swamp Stalker or Plains Hunter since they are also single spawns and no longer can be found.

People do have these, but that was from before single spawn babies went extinct. They were once tamable though.

Has anyone tamed one of these?

I was near Coronet, on Corellia, killing birds, when a Great Plains Stalker came along and was also killing the birds (Rasps). We got along ok for a bit, then he turned on me. I sent my GSP after him, and watched for a bit. The Stalker totally owned the GSP. More HAM, bigger attacks, and more specials. My poor kitty was dizzy, stunned, and overall kicked. I, BTW got a couple hits in, then went for a nap in the cloning center. This was the first I've ever seen one, and wondered if anyone has tamed one.

i've never seen a baby or even a nest. they've always been solo. i agree: they're mean!

I'm pretty sure that a guy in anchorhead had one once. He said he found it all alone without parental supervision and tamed it.
