Ah I didn't see this, never fear, all elite combat proffesion masteries result in more HP. And since CH was on that little chart they made, It sounds like we're officialy combat. I know this because I spent all last night looking at the ranger forum, those guys are furious that they aren't considered combat proffesions, and with just cause, they can't master another elite proffesion in addition to master ranger, so no extra HP for them....the point of it is, even CH gets the HP boosts, it's on the combat chart.

I consider this to be more suggestive that only the highest mitigation skill that you have counts. For example from pistoleer, you can get a 30%, 40%, and 60% rate of fire mitigation, leading to the 130% you noted. I think that it is much more likely that you only get the 60% figure at master pistoleer, rather than getting a speed *bonus* from armor or even that mitigations cap at 100%.
Specifically with relation to CH + insert_favorite_elite_combat_here, I wonder how they will determine the bonuses you will get, since it has been said it will correctly relate to the weapon you are holding... Will we get the armor mitigation from CH only if we have a pet out? Only if we have a pet out and no weapon equipped (less likely, I think). Can only speculate till elite prof. testing happens, I guess.
We might even get both mitigations by accident, who knows?

Trust me, they won't hear us. I think we got a dev in here in the JTL beta when it messed up all pet sounds, but im pretty sure no one ever saw him again. He fixed most of the sounds though....but anyway, I don't believe we've seen any other devs in a year or more :/.
Joker9125 wrote:This is no longer a valid choice. As I have said many many times before and if you read the changes to AI youll know this as well. Things will attack whatever is doing the MOST damage to them so if your outdamaging your pet whatever mob your shooting is gonna ignore it and go STRAIGHT for you.

I have read this before too, but i dont get it as it would contradict the whole concept of the CU.
What sense would the role of tankers (TKA with good defenses but moderate damage output) have, when as soon as a swordman or rifleman hits the target it runs from the tanker and takes on the damage dealer?
