I dont care what you sell them for, but you are ripping yourself off IMHO.

It takes me an hour to level 3 CL10S on a CL10 meatlump spawn, not to mention the time it takes to find the pet itself.

On average I'd say it takes me 2 hr to find and level 1 pet so if I'm going to sell these things I better make enough creditstoequal 2 hrs of running missions or more.

I usually charge 50k for a mount.
I never see anyone else selling them so I picked a price that sounds reasonable.

Non-CH mounts can be 'grown' 3 at a time in a couple of hours while AFK so there's not really a lot of work that goes into them. I wouldn't feel right asking 200k for them unless that was the 'standard price'.

Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.
Anakin: WHAT?!!?? I don't have THAT kind of cash!
Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
Anakin: hmmm.... Sharpen my lightsaber on younglings...... hmmmmmm.....
Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

I would not consider the possibility of AFK leveling as a base for pricing. Some people might prefer to "play" the game, not to let the computer do the playing. Of course, you can say: Bah, it's boring to level up pets. Then just don't do it.

I charge 175k for a wild tamed mount principally for the time involved - you have to compare it against the time it would take a smith to find the resources, create an item and put it in a vendor. Doing business is also hard work since we cannot redeed pets or use vendors - making marketing your pets very hard.

Also remember that pricing will vary from server to server. A loaded server means more potential clients and a bigger market. My prices are from Kauri.

Oh to the poster sorry your galaxy is filled with nimrods. I still think your price is still too low for the time taken. Also for those who say thats a shop I wouldnt want to shop at trust me there are shops you want to shop at. I always made it a point as a weaponsmith to ban players who crossed my alt with unfair trade practices. They did not care or so they said until I saw them useing gophers to go into my shop to buy stuff. They did not care until they realized they were paying another 40k elsewhere for an item, and noticed I sold it for a more reasonable price. Then they cared an awful lot.

Then again as MBH I can appreciate the real price of bannings. Especially when I know that shop has thundercloud in it for a fair price and I cannot go in and must go pay more elsewhere for less quality.

As I said, you cannot please everyone with your price, actually you will be hard pressed to please more than half.
Just charge what YOU think is a fair price for your pets.
That is the only valid choice of a price, especially outside crafting (there, serverwide accepted ressource prices give you a minimum ... shouldn't sell a finished product for less than it's ressource components are worth)

Tell this MCH that is griefing you that if she thinks 50k is something reserved for the elite, she should take a short reality check ... any pilot above 1111 can easily earn this in an hour or less.
And to tell you the truth ... mounts are a luxury ... if you want cheap transportation, get a bike. I know, one shouldn't do this, but compare to RL ... how many people do you know who own a mount (horse, elephant, camel), and how many with a car?

To Dodece: If a city would actually ban me because of the price I take for my mounts ... aeh, sorry, I wouldn't want to be in a city like that anyway, ban away.
This guy won't singlehandedly ruin the mount market on all servers for you, go easy on him.

I do not believe CorbaerTek's prices are low. He has set a price that reflects what he believes is fair for the time and effort he has put into taming and training them up. The fact that he is selling much cheaper than others just means that he is more interested in fun than profit! I will always opt for fun over profit ...

The execution date is set ... the tortured screams of tens of thousands of beloved pets and their masters will resonate throughout the galaxies ... cover your ears and cry!

your prices are too low imho. if it costs me 400k+ for a suit of armor someone just throws ingredients into harvester and they dont have to physically be at the computer then i think 300k is appropriate for my time spent lvling your mount instead of doing the many other things i need to do. if they dont like it and dont want to pay it then thats what their feet are for or get a bike. Their bikes dont hunt with them, dont add extra damage, and dont have specials on it that make them better. you are offering one type of mount (35k) for the same price as a swoop. 100k would atleast be appropriate for the benefits you are giving them from the creature

the ammount of time and effort involved in finding taming and growing a pet now mission lairs dont spawn babies means that in my opinion 100k is th eleast ill be taking for wild pets, and for be pets givne smto foth eworks the growing of the pet its 100k plus the be pets cost if they want lev1 abilitie sont he pet ill trian non-offensive oens for 10k each, i wont train offensive skills or higher levle to non-ch pets though
