Well,join your local chapter of BEAST 
On Chimaera we already help each other with rare hunts (on a smaller scale) and will definitely do it at an increased rate after the CURB. The plus with doing rare hunt group outings with other CHs is that everyone inthe group knows how to go about attacking the lair without wasting any baby coming out. The only problem left is figuring out who gets the bull baby - but stuff like that is best decided before the hunt 
A good way to do it is the guy who got the particular mission also gets the chance to tame any baby if a baby turns up on that misssion.
