Thread: Devs why do you hate us so??
so rather that just state I am "whineing" Prove it.
Show how my statements are false.
Prove to me or other how I am wrong.
Other wise all you are is a "whiner" that Whines about people whineing. Which in my book is 10x more pathetic than the whiner itself.
So please present your arguements.
All I see above in the "stop Whining" posts is oponion and only on some of my statements. I will freely welcome Intelligent debate, and will ignore flames.

I am fed up with ppl complaining... if you wanna rox in PVP, choose another profession than CH.

Heh I'm fep up with people who don't realize that we don't want to "rox" in PvP just to have a chance in hell against PvP.
I'm a forever MCH, and i love my pets, i have pets with 90% def stats on almost everything except stun and lightsaber, light armor; and 12k Ham on them (there BE pets of course i made myself which took forever mind you.)
Here's the point of us "whining" as you so call it about pets being alittle more powerful for us in PvP.
Ok here I am at a Neighbor Rebel city and there base goes vunerable time and around the corner comes 5 Imps. a TKA, a BH, a Rifleman, a CM and a Doc. (they were buffed at the time)
Now my group of 15 go after these guys and i send my pets after them to help assist My pet makes it about 25 feet from me before its dead....
There were no jedi's in the group Just those 5 they i pulled it back took out another same stats like 11k HAm though send it out it make its about 20 feet this tie before its dead... Well My friends are doign ok cause there all buffed to but i cant do anythign my main combat profession is CH, but it's doesnt seem to be doing much good now does it????
Now I don't WANT to PvP i went rebel cause i wanted to I went and helped them at the city cause i thought my pets could be of some good...
Well heh I was wrong and further more i didnt get it to PvP really but i do do it to HELP my friends if they need me, but i got it mainly to help in hunts and PvE which it doesn't do that well in either at times against certain enemies.
So WHY should i have to give up my profession to do something i don't want to, my pets should be able to help my friends and neighbors if need be against Pet or Players in SOME way other then a target.
SO you see most of us aren't WHINEING like you think we are we're just asken for some justice done to us back for all the hard work we do.
Whining is not complaining about something that is not true. Whining is when you constantly complain about things everyone already knows about and do nothing to fix the problem other than complain about it.
So "The devs hate us!" is a whine. You wont see me dissing folks that offer good suggestions other than to point out any impractical or deeply unlikely suggestions they have made.
I don't need facts, I have logic and statement. No dev has ever posted saying they hate CH. Its stupid to think they hate any perticular class, simply rediculous. Why whould they hate a class? Does it make them more money? Increase job satisfaction? Its childish paranoid ranting. Do they have other priorities at the moment? Hell ya they do. Welcome to reality and time management.

Well, spoken like a true management/marketing professional. lol I do not need facts, I have my own "logic." lol You will go far kid. As some one that has been in the management/marketing/customer service business for over 30 years, let me suggest this might not be the best attitude.
Oh, a little history lesson. TH himself referred the the CH profession as the Pokemon Profession that is into some Zen thing he did not understand. He also shares your opion of not letting facts get in the way of his "logic." He also said "We will never allow a character to be able to cuts swaths through opposing players in PVP." Then they gave us Jedi and Combat Medics. lol
You and your FOTM "logic" should pay attention to a few facts. When paying customers are unhappy, they do one of two things. They complain. Note if you tell a paying customer they are whining.... Well auto mechanic comes to mind or maybe garbage collector. lol Or they take their business elswhere. Neither is a very good business plan. We just lost another well know CH. He quit. We are averaging about one or two a week. With this new publish, I suspect that all you l33t dudes will be leaving too. Now that a Jedi can farm your 133t characters for xp. You know it is not referred to as whining in the GCW Forum or any of the other combat and alot of crafting forums.
Simply, I do not understand how anyonethink CH can be viable in PVP? I have always seen this profession as a support profession. Man... this makes no sense... and my post makes no sense, noone will agree (but 1 or 2 ppl), this is not the right forum to post such kind of things...
Ok I have been wondering this for a while. What support (in PVP and PVE you can answer seporatly 
does our profession provide? I would prefer to hear of a good support role. Tanking is possible but many other templates can do that much better than we or our pets can. I know we can group with people and our pets to get higher level missions for the group. So what other useful support can we provide?

TH doesn't actualy call the shots in the game design if you hadn't noticed, and I doubt your claim he refered to CH as the pokemon profession into Zen something or another. Perhaps you could direct me to that post so I can applogise for doubting you.
If you bothered to read my posts you would learn I'm a Master CH and have been so for 6+ months now. Its the only profession I didn't ever give up while holo-grinding or just messing around with other professions. It happens to be my favorite profession in the game. I would never call my character 733+ , currently a CHM / BEM / Pistoleer. I'm not going anywhere, I happen to like this game and the CH profession very much. I realy cant figure out whats so amazingly terrible about being a CH. Its not as uber as other combat professions but its twice as fun. So I can get my but kincked by a jedi or whatever. The horror!

But if you take the time to go through a lot of old posts from the "In Development" Forums TH refers to us as Pokemon (insert various words and phrases here) mutiple times. Many times we demanded appoligies for this slighting by him and recieved none.
TH's answer to our original pathing problem "some pets are just cowards"
And Yes TH is the mouthpiece of the devs that is his job, so what he says is inferred to be the oponion of the devs.
Its actualy a quote from ren and stimpy. Anyhow I ment your ignorance as to who I was. Meaning I am not a marketing person, not a 733+ player, not a FOTM and the other things you implied. I happen to be 33 years old, younger than you but no babe in the woods as you may imagine. So your 50 some years old and you think the Devs HATE creature handlers? Why the hell did they put them in the game if they hate them so much? Indeed I've a wealth of arogance, its a luxury of board troling which certainly I am indulging in here in this thread to some extent. If there is a flaw to my logic as to why the Dev's don't hate our profession I'm interested in hearing it.

Obviously. I am a mere Systems Design Analysist and Engineer with a background in Marketing and Customer Service. I have also been a MCH for just over a year and a professionial for over 30 years. Notice the Community Leader tag. I bow to your expert "logic." /kowtow
Unfortunately, your arrogance does not astond me. If the facts interfere with the "logic" just called the person stating them an ignorant person makeing thinks up. I only am twice your age, have twice the life experience you do, and unless you hold two PHD's have better than twice the education. Oh, I also have twice the CH experience that you do.
