I am the oldest CH on kauri. I masterd it in the first 2 weeks of the game. and have never left it.. I dont claim to be the most experienced at it tho. I dont ever see a need to use my pets, being that i can solo anything in game. I call my pets out and play with them just for fun, but i probably dont know ever nook and cranny of the profession like some others from kauri.

Voblat would be thew longest CH on farstar ihe was CH from the beginning , i was CH but droped it big mistake i think miss it alot

Mastered CH around end of October or beginning of November '03 ... Don't think i'm one of the oldest on Bloodfin :-)

i joined at launch 2003 and went CH right off the bat. i dont recall exactly when i mastered but ive been through all the nerfings and profession changes. i miss rolling with a rancor into pvp and having everyone scatter and when creatures did alot more then the reduced to 25 or 30% damage against players, but i still hold out hope for the balance. i dont know how old that makes me as a MCH but ive been around for as long as the game has, though i am on lowca.

I started in CH Sept 03 - I'm pretty sure that there are older CHs than me still on the server.....Just haven't seen any lately, not surprising in that we are a anti-social bunch for the most part

I didn't take up CH till tempest launched in august 03. Before that I was playing on one of the original launch servers (since the 2nd day, since 1st day was broken). Took it slow but then heard about the revamp and mastered it in a hurry- probably around October or early Nov. 03.
However, I still have a screenshot of the day I decided to try CH. playing my original character before tempest launched, I saw a CH using his rancor to harass the local militia of Mos Eisley. It was so funny to watch. I took a screenshot for posterity and even remarked "the idea of creature handling just got a whole lot more appealing".
I also have screenies of the days when everyone and their grandmother took their pets to the tusken village outside Way Far. There would be like 20 pets crammed into that one space.... as people fought to get xp off the quick-spawning tuskens.

Been a Ch on farstar since it launched,November 2003,doubt I was the first to master, I dont level fast.
have been a rifleman since then too.
I have never dropped either master.
In fact, I have only ever been master rifleman , marksman and CH in just over a year on farstar.
Im also a CH on test center.
So, Im probably not the oldest on farstar, but Ive used pets every day for the last year there, in PvP back in the times we were some use, on the first known killing of axva on the server,and pretty much every piece of pve possible since, including corvette and dwb,so I guess you'd call me experienced.
I have no plans of changing professions for a long time to come either.
And yes, the bugs annoy me, but I still love playing asa CH.

I have all my commands macroed as /tellpet attack etc, and bound to the various numbers on my keypad.
1= /tellpet attack, 2= /tellpet special1 etc, it makes control very easy, and spamless (if that is a word).
I mastered CH (and rifleman as well, it took about the same time for both) without buffs, and with mostly 38% kinetc ubese(farstar being a brand new server launched in november, there was little choice. No T21's either, lack of resource spawns).
The notion of levelling afk didnt really exsist at that time either, I preferred the game as it was then.
well, its more that I prefer the community in game as it was then , I think.

Been a MCH since sometime during the first month after release and don't ever plan on changing that.
Having my pets by my side all the time, I'm not sure what I would do without them....especially since I spend all of my hunting/combat time (PvE only mind you) unbuffed and dislike actually getting out there with buffs and ubber armor. I may go incap and die more often, but its more fun and challenging.

man i mastered it in the first 2 weeks. i seem to be one of the oldest CH not only in kauri but in the game......
