Imperiling fient L2 does the same thing as L1.
Hamstring L1 works. Again, I have a post detailing the exact snare effect but I think it was about 40%.

Fleet Footed**L1L2-Innate 5-15-45 -Speed Increase pet's movement. Icon buff present.
Frenzied AssaultL1L2L3 -Triggered 8-24-56 -increase damage at cost to defense abilities (which ones?).
Frenzied BlitzL1 L2L3-Innate 5-15-45 -increase speed of attacks (time improvement? always lists as 2).
Guarded StanceL1 L2L3-Triggered 8-24-56 -reduced damage taken by reducing damage delt.

Fleetfooted tested on Male Brackasett and Sheer Mite Soldier. Both cases couldn't keep up with me running on a combat charge. With Fleet footed L2 trained both were able to pass me up on a combat charge. Their HAM display shows the buff and the tool tip shows what level of the buff when the mouse pointer is hovering above the icon.

found FF3 too. and after 3 days of power grinding got the ability - yea
BUT when trained on a mount THE THING WAS NO FASTER THEN A FF2 TRAINED MOUNT - THE ABILITY DOESNT WORK!!!!! ARRGH
