Yeah i'm with MFS. I've been a Master Creature Handler/Master Rifleman for about 4 months (first 2and only 2elite professions i mastered). I do pretty well in group pvp as well as 1on1 pvp. I believe if you know how to use your professions you can, with effort, defeat most enemies. Stat migration is a major key.
