I find it hard to believe that robofish would be banned for reporting what tivo told him. Especially since his thread is still there. For that matter this thread is still here.There have been a lot of negative (and, imho, ridiculous)commentsposted in the CH forum about the devs in general and individuals in particular, and I've been vocal instrongly disagreeing with those posts. Some of the posts clearly violated forum rules with not unexpected consequences.

However, if robo was indeed banned forreporting what tivo said, then thatstrikes me as an unjust if not absurdapplication of forum rules. It's stated that Tivo was banned for violating NDA of JTL. One can argue banning him was harsh, but the rules are very clear - DO NOT DISCUSS JTL. But to ban someone for saying someone else was banned? Well, if that is a violation of forum rules then at worst the individual should first be warned, because it's not at all clear that it's a bannable offense. It just seems to me to be too bizarre, though, and I have to wonder if there isn't more to this than we know.
