well, if it's true that he got banned for saying tivo got banned then pretty much everyone posting in these threads (as well as the threads about Pluto getting banned) are probably going to get banned. Um, except me. Cuz, uh, someone else is, um, using my computer and posting this.

...somehow, i really don't think there is an ACTUAL rule saying you cannot announce when people are banned. yes, i do understand this whole privacy concept, but tivo TOLD him he had gotten banned, thereby making the matter no longer between him and the mod alone. at least, that's the way i see it...

it sounds more to me like tivo got banned for NDA, and robofish got banned for reporting what tivo told him OR robofish did something else which was so quickly deleted we dont know about it. it's just our MCH loyalty to each other which seems to be causing some issues with some rather....arguable interpretations of the forum rules.
