Lets see....I have a frenzied graul i call balrog(its big, red and scary looking, fits well) a bio engineered dewback called Mountain-Dew, KMH called Sparky(renaming) BE razor cat named Kronos, andabloodseeker queen named Doom, most of the rest are un named since i like the titles like my bull rancor

My very first pet was one I tamed myself and still have though never use anymore. =(

Basil the mutant baznitch.

I tamed him way back when they were not agro and novice ch's could tame them. He was a great pet in his time. And such a cute little guy.

first tame, female kaadu, named stupid (name due to the number of ?'s abover her head whiel i was tryig to teach her her first command)

shaupaut, called nut

peko peko called peek

female tusk cat, tusk

male kaadu loon

also got a few other unnamed in the cl10-20 range (i only name pets im sure im gonna keep)

Mountain Squill: AlienRaptor because I think it sort of looks like a Velociraptor, and its alien.

My two Mountain Dewbacks: Dune and Arrakis after the Dune series of books and very appropriate for Tatoonian natives

Angler: Venom, because it uses poison (venom).

Giant Angler: ImpEnvenomator, I thought of this while waiting for someone at the Rebel hidden outpost on corellia and I think its pretty funny

Graul Mauler: Rocky, same name it had when I bought it, I just thought its a nice name for a graul, so I kept it.

Merek Asassin: VenomousSpidermonkey, I just thought it was cool and a merek is a spider/monkey cross.

Thats all I can remember ATM since I'm not ingame. I haven't named all of my pets though.

This is a little offtopic, but I named my combat droid (a R3 unit) RancorFlea, while using it as a distraction against rancors and it really doesn't do much more than annoy rancors

Desert Razorback: Aussie, named him because I thought of the razorback pig (feral pig) from australia, and so I named him that.

Giant Crystal Snake: JungleViper, forget why i called him that...

a CL 10 bantha mount from a guildie: Mammoth, well, its big and wooly, go figure, hehe.

I go for names that might actually be good for pets in SW, which means I avoid literary and cinema references. Names I've had that I can recall:

I have a couple more in my datapad that I have not yet named. I have no method, but there are a couple of pets that I have names already picked out for once i have reached that level and have tamed them.

• Meat-Sheild - BE Ronto with good Kinetic resist

• Arokh-Jr - Kliknik (Arokh is another friend)


• Rynnn-Jr - Female Tusk Cat (Rynnn is yet another friend, and Rynnn is female)

I like to take my "friends" hunting with me so I named some pets after them so I can say that Arokh helped me take out a lair of Pikets or Chewen beat up a Gurk by himself. I have a couple Lesser Bols and a Thune that I have yet to name. I usually don't name my pets until they are full grown. I also can't wait until I get Management 3 so I can have Freddy and Jason both out at the same time.

I'll jump in...

My first pet as Dana was a Kaduu named Freckles. Not hard to see why.

The second one was a puppyish bol, with the name of Fido. Not my choice, but it fits.

Then I have Bubbles the durrni who just got a sister squall named Blossom (and yes, I plan to get a Buttercup in the future, just haven't found it yet)...

I also have a flit named Gull, as it looks like a seagull...

Floppy (heck, I'm not sure what it is, just looks like a BEM that flies)

Ubu the Gurrick (yes, I hear a lot of 'Sit, Ubu' jokes. Again not my choice of names)

Just got a mammoth bearded jax named Artemis (he looks like an Artemis)

And that is on Lowrca...

On Shadowfire, I just have a squill named Rocky (he looks like that famed squirrill) and Sedak (my first pet on either server) which is a minor sledge panther, who started life as a Gurrick til the devs got ahold of him...but that is another story for another day...

Rancor - Shearer (I bought this from someone else who'd give it this name, but I like it)

Giant Carrion Spat- Legs

2 BE Bearded Jaxes - Olga & Helga

BE Gurreck - Bruno

Fambaa - Shorty

Manigrue Screecher - Lassa (named after the nasty ebola virus strain, which is about as deadly as the disease these critters attack with)

Spined Puc - MasterOfAllThingsEvil (never has a more frightening and intimidating creature patrolled outside a starport!)

Bub and Ront were the first competent pets I used once I could pull out 2 pets at a time. I think I spent more time laughing while watching them fight together than actually helping them fight. Something about 2 big herbivores stomping the tar out of anything we could find just got the best of me I guess.
