Some of us don't go the way of any combat classes, so it's understandable why your still able to enjoy the game while the rest of us aren't able to do anything. You registered 6/6/06...UH...You have not been here to take the beatings for the lastone and a halfyears. They deleted their pets because they don't want to go thru the future agony. Try getting punched in the face for a few years and then come back and we will see if you flinch when someone makes a fist. You just get tired of it after a while. We all want to be MCH's...otherwise we would not be worked up about it...we would just move on.

Of course...it's a bug..they will fix it...that is not the point...Try playing a game where they keep changing the rules for a while...Try scoring a feild goal in a 3 foot by 3 foot goal after you have spent the last 2 years training on a regular goal.

Time in the game does not matter, nor on the forums. The game breaking bugs are being noticed by newer players as well as by older players. You need to get off your elitist hook.

The game is in serious trouble, the outcry over this issue shows that. The game population is not going to put up with to many more game breaking bugs.

To the original poster of this thread, I feel your burden. I've been working like you a little at a time. I was heartbroken to log onto Mecinea and see all my neat pets nerfed.....my vexed voritor lizard, my greater sludge panther, my crimson razor cat, my bolle bol, my peko peko. All my really cool pets. I had hoped to master CH this week, but since pets are broke doesn't look like I will.

In my opinion whoever the person is that keeps pushing these patches with gamebreaking bugs out to live, needs to be sent to the unemployment line.

Oh and to the person that said they were Master CH/Master Scout and working on BE that's cool, my character is working that way too

. I am Master Scout ( I got that done before the trap bug ), I lack a couple boxes in each CH and BE. But I just haven't had the heart to work on BE since CH is so borked....

Well, for me at least, the turnaround for a hotfix seems fast enough to stop me from getting guildwars, and it's nice they noticed that instant 8K reward lair shot thing, but I've got to personally wonder why our correspondent, (And im guessing most others) are never listened to, it's like they have no purpose :/. Their, well, supposed to have a purpose, it ain't right for them not to have one.

Well, it ain't right that their purpose is for customers to have someone to vent at instead of the responsible parties, but that is a purpose, I guess.

The only pets that got wasted this last Publish were my natural ones. Every single BE pet I have is ok. Tomko my lvl 70 Rancor, Fluffy my lvl 62 Kimo, Honey my 50 Razor Cat, and Bludletters my lvl 20 Gurrcat. My "show" pets are still there and I can pull them out in town like I have done for ages.

I have always used BE pets as they are, in most cases(ie. Made by a MBE with the best resources and templates), better then the wild caught version.

As a MCH MRM MS I have no problems still having fun. Being over dramatic is overplayed....

I take no offense to your comments or your post. ((And yes, I posted in a role-play manner for dramatic effect and will contniue to do so for the remainder of this post. Why not? There are still a few of us left who role-play our characters.))

If I am not able to come to the forum that deals with my former profession to give a reckoning of what was done to me personally, then where should I go? Should I remain silent that creatureswho valiantly foughtby side were knowingly sacrificed?

There may come a daywhen the powers that be will fix this bug. But, I have been here long enough to see many promises made and those same promises broken. Iren and I could have held on to our pets and waited until the end of time for them to fix this. We could have just deleted them and moved on. But you know what? My pets deserved more than that. They deserved to be honored in this community.

I still have a number of BE pets in my datapad like the former Canyon Kraytie tanker Mufasa - akitty that was sonerfed after CU he can barelyfight a juvy Kraytie and survive. Working with natural pets was the ONLY reason I remained with CH and was the ONLY way I had fun with CH post-CU. My BE pets were nerfed tocrap courtesy of CU and I never once came here to /cry about it. Now my natural pets have been outright killed courtesy of Publish 19. End of the line for me. And this time I will /cry all I want.

I am happy that you continue to find a way to cope with all the new damage being done to CH - kudos, you will be needed more than ever when others like Iren and me decide enough is enough.

LOL I want to hear this tune you are playing in 6 months or a year after u really get attached to your pets an the devs destroy them giving u NO option to call them or change there stats. I have MILLIONS worth of BE PETS that cannot be called ... it will be a cold day in U know were when I ever buy another BE PET.

Well, I RP'd my "I've stood all I can stands and I can't stands no more" discontent last night by running through Theed wearing nothing but my boxer shorts and a pistol, overt Special Forces, yelling "DIE DIE EVERYBODY DIEEEEEEEEE" .... but despite streaking through the starport plaza multiple times, I never encountered a SF Rebel to put my pushed-over-the-edge MCH out of his misery and send him to the cloner.

Considering I have been playing since beta, although I was a MA then, I think I have "time in grade" to make comments about a post. I have been a MCH since you were able to call 3 Full grown Rancs at once. Up until the repsec thing I was a MCH and MBE. I made my own pets. If you have never been a BE you wouldn't know how hard it is to get certain DNA. 1 in 15 Samples to get a piece of Bull Rancor DNA. 1 in 10 shot for a Bull Maklok DNA. Mereks Death Head DNA etc.... I got more of a rush from getting a sample of DNA to make a pet then taming a (baby) alot of the time. Considereing it takes 5 Samples to make a creature that is quite a bit of time and death. Pleasecomprehend what you read before posting some crap about how you want to see what I think in 6 months...The same thing I think now and 2 years ago. I like the game even with the bugs. A game is only as good as you let it be.

To the OP...well said. I gave up MCH after the cu, but I kept all my pets (90% are NOT be) and I feel for allwho got "soe'd" once again.

Arrr the joy's of being a BE and CH, never managed to master either (I'm a truely casual player, been playing since Beta, and just got my 1st couple of master prof's).

The several months I played as a BE I got more of a kick out of getting DNA Sample then most other parts of the game, I'd recommend it to all CH's just to see how hard it is to get those good sampled.

The thing about BE and CH, they are saposed to work together with eachother. Some CH perfer Wild some perfer BE, thats ok, some BE pets are stronger, some weaker. But if you have been playing the game long enough, you realize BE and CH are competing with eachother more then working together. CH lost all the way always, but you see what I mean Its sad. 2 Professions that are both great and the fact that you CAN be both should be enough of a clarification that these 2 professions are saposed to work together, and also points out that Creatures arnt just Weapons but also our income and as all CH know, CH = No Mula. BE make alot of money bu CH are mad cause (pre-CU) BE pets where out of control better then most wild pets. BE pets hsold be like they are now by the means of equal strenght per level, but shold have a difference, like if you want a level 15 BE pet to do more damage hten the average level 15 wild pet, then take away from its defense. The different specials was the bonus of BE. BE work hard and the fact that we can't get along because the Devs hate CH and take alot out on BE cause of it is sad.

An example of some of the most overused pets any wannabie always chooses above all others. MCH is just a title to you.

Ok this just offends me. I have been a MCH now for over a year. I earned my title the long way like everyone else pre CU. But like this guy I too have always used BE pets. Yes I've gone and tamed some but this was just for the sake of taming something. The bulk of my pets has always been BE because pre CU their stats were better. Does this make me less of a MCH then someone else? NO it does not. I am just as attached to my BE pets as you are to your naturals. The most fun part of CH was always watching the pet grow for me. I used to love the longer delays at the shuttle ports because that gave me a chance to pull out my babies and play with them. I didn't care if other people noticed or not but took emense joy when people would comment at how cute my little razor cat was or what a cool name I had choosen. I've easily spent as long scouring the vendors across the galaxy trying to find the next perfect pet to fit my needs as you have in going out trying to tame elites. I spend days agonizing over the right name for my pet. I even went so far as to get the same pet in a higher level and name it the same so that my pets effectively would grow in level with me. So am I a wannabie MCH because pre CU I used only BE pets? Hell no! I earned my title same as you. I love my pets same as you reguardless if they are BE or not. My friends have questioned why I stick with CH as weak as it has been and my answer to them was that since I cannot have pets in real life...I'll have them in game. This whole notion I see from some people that if you use BE pets your not a real CH is just ridiculous, and as you can see irritates me to no end.

So let me get this stright because you say you have been a CH since you could call 3 pets at the same time that gives you the right to call people losers and tell them what they can and can not do?PLease get over yourself if you have to blow you r own horn you are a bigger loser. For the person who started this thread sorry again. For me I am to stuborn to give up CH most my pets helped me when wookiees had no protection. lol I even remeber watching players reroll there toon when they realized wookiess were not strong and could not wear armor that was funny.
