I don't get the pet Icon Idea I could always tell if a pet was in a group cause there (name) is in parenthisis;I don't understand how it changes anything unless it doesn't allow the pet to be counted against the groups total?Or if they are not made the equivalent of the highest level party member? Is there any game affect or is it just a little picture in the left corner for those who don't have the ability to notice the parenthisis?

Frankly this pet grouping stuff is BS anyway, I've found that with the low group number that now exists post-CU, no one wants to give up a spot in their group to a pet. I find I'm hunting more and more solo because of this.

I'll go one better. last night i grouped 3 pets, my droid and an AT-ST.. hey guess what.. they all had the same Icon next to them. YEAHH!!! whatever Dev said that a level 60 pet could take out a level 80 pet was smokin way too much wacky weed. I enraged my level 67 razor cat and sent it after a level 80 Kimogila. 1 minute 35 seconds for him to get spanked. tried a level 65 bol and he barely won that one.

About what the dev said, I agree. However, as I'm finding out, one CL 80 mob is not the same as another CL 80 mob. Try taking out a Peko Peko Albatross, for example, CL 80 or 81 and unless you use some serious strategy, it will take you and your pet down. On the other hand, my level 70 BE gurreck can take down level 80 bull rancors solo, it takes a lot of damage but less than the bull does.
