I have had intermittent success with tellpet since I started CH in January... My experience this morning was that I am still getting intermittent success.
And for the record I use WORDS, not single letters, for every command. ("Kill", "come", "stay", "sleep", and so forth).
Saying or shouting it has always been much more reliable, at least on my client.
