I just made this tonight after playing with second/third generation DNA (I was trying to make a pair of ~ level 35s).
Kaadu
Difficulty level: 32
Health: 6410
Regen: 50
Armor: 4164
To-Hit: 21 
Defense: 118
State Res: 32.3%
Critical Hit: 1.39%
Critical Save: 1.72%
Aggro: 2.82%
Damage: 25-165
Granted, I have NO idea how/if that will have its stats shift. I honestly dont really understand if that's a bug or intentional or what.
But my point is... we're working on it. 
The system is pretty different, and it'll take some time to figure it all out. So don't fret.
