I do wear it. And no it does not allow for higher CL.

The reason why it may not be selling well is because of the now small CH population...

Well, when I make Active Tranqs (the taming tissue), it costs me 1575 per tissue. I only make +13s since two can be combined in a synth cloth (from what I understand) to make a synth cloth with the +25 bonus. Of course, synth cloths can't be used in all clothing. Still, that costs me 3150 just to make the tissues for a +25 bonus. Add my markup, the tailor's cost, and the tailor's markup, and you may get a better idea of what a fair price is. 100k? Mmm. Maybe a little pricey, but if you only need one... As the old New York merchant saying goes, "Cheat me on the price but don't cheat me on the goods."

Yes, I wear +25 taming/taming vicious Wookie head gear, and a +14 taming/taming vicious Wookie gown. It helps tremendously -- well worth the credits. I clone & insure, so the condition doesn't drop much.

I'm 100% at taming non-vicious now, and notice the tamingalso applies to teaching a pet commands. Non-vicious pets learn their commands the first time around -- so much nicer than trying to teach a pet 'stay' 5 times...

I'm surprised you're not selling better. Maybe word needs to get out, as these things are excellent.

They dont sell better because there arent many CHs out there...Although, showing my pets off to a few newbies has actually managed to get the CH numbers on bloodfin up just a tad

I wear a swoop helm +14 taming.... Thats all I need to get a edge. I tried with or with out. Better result with helm.

Speaking as an MBE with an alt whose a MT I'd suggest the sunguard instead of the swoop helm. You can only put one synthetic cloth in the helm while you can put 2 sets of 2 (for double the bonus) in a sunguard or a large headwrap.

And I price all my bioclothes at "(bonus + 1) * 500" cred.

I wear a +25 Wild/+25 Vicious Wookiee something or other (on my shoulders not headgear) which I bought for somewhere between 5-10K (that's what he said the price was, I didn't neogtiate or complain). I'm 0/1/0/2. No complaints. I've failed while wearing it, but I'm not going up the Taming line so it's pretty vital for me.

Oh and if it helps you any, I found the guy who made it by browsing the Bazaar and seeing BE clothing and asking him what was possible.

Yes! I use a plus 25 to both, which is the max you can get from bio wear. The unfortunate part with all bioclothing is that not much of it can be worn under your armor. I am both a Ranger and a CH. I have two different shirts that give me a +25 to both taming and to camoflauge and maskscent. I can't wear them both under my armor. I have never found any pants that I can wear under the armor so I can have both on at the same time which would be a great help instead of having to "change" shirts all the time. It would also help with other needs if you could do this and the selling of bio-clothing, but not at this point. Both really help with my professions so I keep them on me all the time.

low sells can YES be attributed tothe low number of CH's but since i have been a CH, i haveran into many ppl (mostly new but some are not) that had no idea about the BE clothing and the bonuses it gave u.

heck, some didnt even know about the pets that BE's made.

I wear a +25 taming skirt and Ithink I paid about 40k for it.I had spent a couple of hours looking at all the BE vendors I could find and by the time I found the skirt, I was so happy, I would have paid twice as much for it. Hehe. I consider it a one time cost because I hardly die soI didn't find the 40k for it unreasonable at all.

But as the above poster stated, alot of CH don't even know about the taming clothes or how they help. I've had to tell lots of CHs about BE clothes and refer them to vendors.

I wear it and it gets beat up when I fight so yes I replace mine fairly often. No, you can't tame higher than 70 no matter if the mods "allow" you to. All I wear though is for maskscent and taming bonus. I've seen others wear similar outfits w/anti-disease stuff but I don't know if that anti-disease stuff is an SEA or something you BE's can make.
