Thread: Petition to alter the Creature Handler XP Grind
In some aspects I like pet growth by combat but in other ways I don't. It will now take eons to grow a Bio-Engineered level 65 rideable before I can ride it with this new system and that's deplorable... although on the other hand, I lose my token goofy pocket-bantha. Point is, the growth in the data pad was better, overall. The grind is hideous as is to get abillities with the ages it takes to roll over their experience, the growth just makes it even more hateful.

So even though the thread is titled Petition, I view it as a discussion. I believe more people sharing their personal experiences and opinions will help this thread.
That being said, I believe the grind issues most people are complaining about are with higher end pets. The scale skews to high as you approach level 70.
Another factor may be how a pets CL combines with a player CL. Lower level pets are easier to grind because once your pet has hit once most CHs can easily kill lower level targets quickly. So even though the ratio of XP gained per kill and XP needed per pet level may be somewhat similar to higher end pets, the time needed for each kill is substantially different.
And that is my thought for the day.

The pet XP is ridiculous. I have another account that is a master riflemen, for every rifle that I have, I DON'T have to regrind my xp. My pet is my weapon... let me use it.
fully agree...im a mch as well
and having to wait for pets to store after a completed grind mission while the group presses on...STINKS!

this is pure BS, ginding millions of XP for ONE pet just the train broke abilities..
22 pets x several MILLION XP = 2 to 3 FULL TEMP JEDI
