Thread: DISCUSSION THREAD: Issues with Creature Handler in the Combat Upgrade.
I many times had my pets get stuck in combat, exactly like this: I'd tell him to attack the lair, he would, he'd run over and attack it. Then I'd tell him to follow, he'd achknowledge it. Then he'd start to run to me but then turn around and run back and attack the lair. I had to spam follow non-stop to get him to even return to me. Not to mention how detramental this was for DNA sampling. 'cuz he'd agro the lair of freshly spawned animals and then I'd have to kill them with my dinky combat in hopes to live.. So he'd finally return. If I letup on the follow he'd run back and attack the lair. If I told him to attack anything other than the lair he would achknowledge but just stand wherever he was at that second still in combat and doing nothing. He'd stay in combat, be un-storable too, for up to like 10minutes at times. Very Very irritating.
Not only that but they still haven't fixed how fast pets follow!! For god sake, I'm so sick of CH's having such slow animals that wild animals out run them! It's just lame!
3rdly I am a little irritated that I'm being punished for having a RL by having my pets grow slower than how quickly I progress through CH. I mean if I spend a short evening in a group I can get a lvl 3 box in CH. But between the time I'm lvl 19 to then 23 my lvl 19 babies are still only lvl 10. It's just not fair to people that can't login every day.
Lastly, It does seem a little silly to have such a long wait before storing my pet after a fight. Especially when he's so slow that I can't have him follow me to the next lair, rarely. Especially on planets with bad lag (OMG that's painful to a CH giving orders to their pets.)

4. give back my gaping spider recluse as useable lvl 70 or something it isn't asking much, the gaping spider hunter is a lvl 69 and was not as strong as the recluse slightly before the CU. so the 1 lvl higher would shown here
