Thread: did patch also reduce chance to tame?
Almond-Kwevvu Crisp Munchies. I buy those by the case. I got some that are +18 to taming and munch on them any time I try to tame a high CL baby (in addition to wearing my +25 taming clothing).

Thanks, my friend is one of the oldest cooks on Bria and has nevermade me any of these. I think I will be having a talk with him.
Also does anyone know if wearing excessive taming clothes can cause failed tames? For fun, I put on everything I could, it went to +52 and I was having a harder time taming than without the clothes at all. Isit like the "Price is Right', where you try to get as close to 25 without going over?
I think it has a pretty wide range of possibilities.
I was running around Dath taming lots of CL69 stuff. On two of them, I got them first tame, on others it took as many as 10 tries and an incap or two. I'm not sure if its harder or easier. I did notice the lag on masc scent is kind of long so its harder to tell if you passed a creature unoticed or not. But its been ages since I've done much taming so its hard to judge.
I found it to be pretty fun and exciting. The biggest difference was that the babbies are deadly and were flattening me regularly (sicne I had taming and masc clothes on instead of armor).
I found the special rate to be about one in 4 or 5. I tamed around 10 creatures and got two L3 specials. I was suprised how many CL 69 pets there were out there.
