So there I was on Rori. Checked areatrack. Halfway down the list:

null (baby) N 273m

So I ran up there and what do I find? A bug!

I now have a very cool, completely unique pet. Just gotta remember not to rename him. Nulls have knockdown and posture down, by the way. You should see if you can find yourself one!

/transferforce does not give a TEF so a Knight can be fighting while 5 covert Jedi are spamming /transferforce on him and none gets a TEF, that way he will have unlimited force pool and the other covert Jedi have no risk whatsoever into getting a TEF/Killed.

Also when a Jedi is using tef to fight and he gets killed a covert doctor can come right in and rez him and he gets rezzed covert w/o a TEF.. wheres the risk in that then? That way armies of pre-knights can go pvp where ever and they have absolutely 0 risk of losing exp while the Knights do have inmense risk when fighting this little armies of pre-knights.

I just ran into this tonight....

I started watching a Dancer on Corbantis, and as soon as I started watching, I stopped watching and got this statement.:

You start watching (name)

You stop watching (name) because it is too far away

This is also happening on Naritus. We were unable to watch or listen. The entertainers in the group managed to hear but only when they started playing and it did not work for all musicians.

Please /bug these in game and report in the daily issues threads on the In Live forum. But I do appreciate you bringing info here too and the more info you can provide would be wonderful. Seems to be a lot of inconsistency with this one and the more repeatable it is under specific conditions, the easier it will be for them to track down. I'll sticky a bug thread.

Thanks, I'll try the weapon thing. I can't say I'm happy that Lyra isn't the only one, but maybe if enough people /bug it they'll fix it quickly. I feel like double mastering is already fairly pointless, and nowbeing completely useless like this really sucks.

This was widespread on both Infinity and Eclipse this morning.

I'm a dancer/musician, so I never had a weapon equipped, and when I went to see if I had the same problem as the combatants, I couldn't watch either. There were a few times that it worked when I was standing DIRECTLY beside someone, facing behind them. But for the most part, you get the message that you're too far away no matter what. One of the two times I got it to work, I ran several meters from the musician after I started seeing the buffing messages. It did not stop the buff or the listening.

One guy said he managed to get it when he turned his back on the entertainer he was trying to watch. I didn't find that to be successful, but someone said he did, so take that as you will.

Also, I did try to bug this in game. But I got a message minutes later saying the /bug report failed. I tried to bug that, too. But it failed as well.

Is this happening both when selecting Watch from the radial menu and when targetting the entertainer and typing /watch?

It seemed to happen in both instances when I tried to watch my fellow entertainers, Esharra -- radial dial and typing /watch or /listen. It even said I was too far away when I was right on top of some poor gal. I hope she gets over the trauma.

Did you keep trying the /watch or /listen command multiple times successively (without changing anything)? When I spent a little time testing this bug, I found that the "too far away" message might just come up once or twice, but then it would work normally after a few tries.
