Having Problems with Your Pets? Thunderheart has created a thread on the "In Live" board just for collecting this information. Please post those problems in that thread (not this one) as soon as you can. And remember, as always, that posts phrased in a constructive manner will be far more helpful and impactful

Did Thunderheart give you permission to link to his thread?

Seriously, You should of caught this on test center. You have once again let the creature handler community down.

We really need to get a new correspondant. But TH isn't going to get rid of his yes man.

Given a choice I'd fire TH loooooong before Vert.

To date I've read nothing but misinformation and complete and total lack of understanding of the CH profession from Thunderheart. And to think, this is the person we have to rely on to give information to the devs.

TH still thinks we can simply pull pets out and cycle them at will during combat... or instantly store a pet after combat is over.

Vertexon has been nothing but A+. You are sadly misinformed if you think we need a new correspondant. He has helped us through considerable developer pressure to nerf our profession further and always pushed for the best solution and the desires of the CH community as a whole. He has always presented us with important information, obviously reads the issues at hand, and while not as vocal as some correspondants on their respective forums, I am sure that he gets our desires across to Thunderheart, and consequently the developers, based on recent profession additions like our special attacks and new pets. Obviously, the final implementation of such additions is NOT Vertexon's fault, he should get credit for the fact that these things have gone in and will presumably someday work.

Vertexon, thank you. Please keep up the good work.

Vertexon isn't the problem.

TH is, as Pahbi indicates. There are multiple problems with TH above and beyond his obvious hatred of Creature Handlers.

I agree. TH must be completely incompitent of the Ch profession or he must not like the profession. There is no other explanation, especially when he says the "poke" comment. I mean come on. You CAN'T be that inept...

Following problems since update last week:

- Pets disappearing constantly

- Pets standing on top of me

- Having 2 or 3 pets out looks like having one pet out cause they all stand over each other (this is not a big problem however as they tend to disappear after a few mins anyway )

This is so true. this guy has no clue whats going on in our proffesion and still says this crap. Besides the pets standing on me and each other all the time which is really pissing me off, the time it takes for my pets to do what i tell them to do is unacceptable. I tell my pet to do something and they stand there and look at the target for like 4 or 5 seconds then start running then stop for a second then start running again. I cant count how many times this crap has gotten me killed. when i tell my pet to do something his ass should hop to it!

Hi all,

I've been a MCH for a few months now...and this new patch is a huge change.

I get running/chasing behavior all the time now. Even with pets that always stood their ground before.

I have always had pets that were unreliable (big pets...dewback body types and kimos etc.) but now even cat bodies are running all over the place during combat...

I think that it may be that the mobs they are fighting are running....but it's really hard to say for sure.

I would love to hear something from the devs about what is going on... this change is very frustrating!

thanks

I don't really blame TH, and I certainly don't blame Vert for the constant beating we CHs have had to endure. The devs screwed up, people naturally exploited every weakness and loophole, and the hammer has come down on the opposite extreme because the rest of our fellow player keep screaming pokemon.

So I blame the devs for continuing to fail to realize that pets are our guns, our weapons, and CH is our livelihood, yet we have no means to earn a living with it and our combat effectiveness with it is continuously reduced. It's okay for others to one shot fellow players in PvP but we can't pull a pet out near a fight? What's fair about that?
