Thread: Publish 6, my findings so far
pets auto stored during first attack, and running away more than 100m's to continue the fight there.
the autostore happened quite a few times and wasn't very good for my health
Pets also autostored a few times.
On top of that, my most aggressive pets would not hold their ground, and kept running away from things when told to attack. I tried many pets from webmasters to toxic, and none would stay still. It is a royal pain to try to hit something when you are mellee when you have ot chase it around everywhere. Has anyone else experienced the wimpy pet syndrome since this patch?

I'm feeling very lucky, I was hunting in a group last night and my pet never ran from a fight. The mobs ran a vew times.. voritors ran all over the place, but my pet held it's ground or chased after the target. He bever auto stored and his damaged was correctly reflected.
I was told and confirmed that as long as you use at least two letters in the command the /tellpet command will work. i used it last night with great success.
the two letters thing is a myth
many people have /tellpet macros with more than 2 letters that still find /tellpet to be unreliable.
it may work one day, and not the next.

Ah... I will remember that.
My PvP findings against the new imp presence? What a joke. 10 minutes in the theed cantina last nite and I was cloning once and rezzed once.
1st Time... Shooting at imp NPC. An imp TKM goes strolling by and in the time it took to walk across the screen had me dead. The pet was on the NPC and the TKM took him out (BE 10K HAM, good resists, light armor, 400 dmg) in less than 30 seconds, along with another player who had joined the attack.
2nd Time... Shooting an NPC. Well, by golly, the Starship Enterprise must have been overhead because 2 more literally spawned in the cantina and I can only figure they got beamed in by Scotty. I got incapped and the pet must have figured it needed a rest cause it peaced out.
3rd Time... Almost a repeat of the first time except the TKM took me out (from full health) in about 10 seconds, couldn't target him fast enough to get the pet on him, and proceeded to take out two other players in equal or less time. And then runs and hides someplace out of sight.
And they're worried about calling pets being a grief? Too funny. They created their own grief with the appearing NPCs. At least have em walk in the door from a distance.
Another observation: I did a /follow with the pet about 50m away, and it transported itself right on top of me instantly. I called my droid and we looked like a three-headed antelope standing there.
It's obvious to me the devs don't play CH at all, or these glaring errors would have been noticed.

Some quick findings from last night:
Examined 6 BE pets:
1 BE pet properly showed it's grown up creature level the other 5 all displayed Difficulty 1.
All BE pets showed as NO special attacks, even though some have 2 special attacks.
All BE pets showed damage 30-40 when most do over 300 damage.
