Thread: Question on Bull Rancor Missions

Sorry to bug everyone again but I just have a query regarding the missions. WIth the pets and droid in group the mission CL is in its 50s and I get 1 rancor, 1 bull rancor and 1 rancor yough at each lair.
Has anyone taken one of these missions with 200+ CL on it? If so, do they spawn more than 1 bull each tap or still just the one?

translation for Hossp: Meuw thinks TK's need serious nerfing.
but for all the TK's out there, I am a master swordsman and thought the mind hits we can do needed nerfing too. CU will take care of that.

I have been "looking into" this for a couple weeks now. (what I am really doing is looking for a damn baby) The highest lvl missions for the bull rancors is about 199. At that level you get 1-2 bulls, 2-3 rancors, 1-2 youths. The 1-2 and stuff is more a matter of how it spawns at that time. 2 bulls at once rarely happens but still does. But when there are 2 bulls there is normally no more than one rancor and one youth with it. on most occassions expect to have 1 bull, 2 rancors, 1 youth to deal with. If you can handle that then an extra thrown in there somewhere shouldnt be too hard.
But as always, don't go out there without full buffs. It is not so much the rancors as their disease, and that occassional visit from a nightsister stalker. if you are hit with a mind disease then run into a stalker you are about to have avery bad day. Besides after a hunt you can do what I do and go to a medical center and listen to everyone soil their pants when they see that you have 3 full black bars.

that's where rifle is pretty handy..i did over 700 missions, probably 300 "piles of rocks" and can count on one hand the # of times i was diseased..my pets took plenty of abuse however...a good low ham tenloss and some stim b's and i didn't even "have" to buff

Lemme get this straight - so you think you are impressive, because you have a CH/Swords? *shakes head* Some people really crack me up with their well thought out comments...

Well up to day 3 of Baby Bull Rancor hunting and still no babies to show.
I am a Master Rifle/ MCH and I get diseased so much, that I dont bother curing between buffs lol. Luckily I have a second account buffbot that is master doctor and music/dance 4xxx.
Increased my bounty on the galaxy forums to 1.5 million credits, killed about 100 Bull Rancors today.
I did try the high CL mission groups. Had highest bull rancor mission at CL 214 (they move to 19k at anything above CL100 on the terms)
I found that it was not as effective taking the high CL missions because, of the 10 missions I ran at CL199+, I did not get a single mission with multiple bulls on each spawn. It was always 2-3 rancors, 2-3 Youth and 1 bull.
Try to keep the flames about the other professions than CH out of here. It doesnt matter how powerful it may seem, but how you enjoy it that counts.

hey 3 days is notthing..lmao..they have a 1/1000 chance of spawning a baby, so since the first one is always an adult, you get 2 respawns a mission, so you need to do 500 missions just to get to even odds..i wasn't so lucky , did over 700 and a lot (~300) of wild lairs, which the baby finally popped from..took me about 6 weeks of constant grinding , i had it down so i could do 18 missions in a buff, sometimes i would do 36 a day.
why are you getting diseased, rifle should never get diseased..i hope you are using an acid gun not a t21..the tenloss will drop a bull in about 8 shots, that if you start hitting it with headshots at 65m, it should be dead before it gets to you, and if you use a pet to tank, there is no reason the bull should ever get to you
