Can anyone tell me if this is how it works?

I call my droid out and let him run around with me. I then take stuff and drop it in to his inventory. Then is I store my droid back to the Data Pad and then call him out again all the stuff is gone. Please let me know if this is how it works or is that a bug?

Thanks!

That's how it works, if you want the droid to retain the items it has to persist in the world (perhaps leave it in town or at home). Deconstructing it into the datapad destroys the items in it.

If you want to keep it mobile you'll have to use batteries to charge it when it's power gets low.

The items are NOT destroyed. They are put back into your inventory next time you logon, providing you have room. If you don't, then they might be destroyed... that I'm not sure of,

Is droid storage still broken and if so will it ever be fixed?

I have noticed I can drop items on the droid but they disappear if the droid is stored.

Not really that useful since a r5 droid does not keep up very well.

As of today's fix, when a droid is stored all items in its innards are transferred to your inventory, given you have the room for it. I am not sure how it would work if your inventory is full, however.

Okay, I have a mouse droid with a data storage mod.
The proberties say the mod has a life time.
What happends when that runs out?
Can I have it repaired? Do I lose what is in it?
Thanks

we think that how long the piant job last till you need a new paint job.. somethat was buggy and only the actuall paint job is removed.. there is a new command /customizeDroid that we don't know what it des that seems to be related..

won't effect the item storage.

There's been a "/customizeDroid" command all along. It just hasn't done anything but tell you you're not experienced enough to use it up until recently.

You won't catch me putting anything in droid storage unless I'm trying to do a magic trick to make it disappear.

I know it was "fixed", but in SWG-speak that just means "lessfubar'd than before".

hi recently bought a droid with storage

i was able to move my creatures from my datapad to my droids

1) is this a bug

2)if i im allowed 14 creatures stored , would storing some in the droid allow me to hold more

ie: my droid has 10 datapad spot, would i be able to hold 23 creatures, but only have access to 14 at a time?

i ihave a pair of cupas in my r2 now
