Hey folks,
I'm going to attempt to list all the available pet specials/commands. Please post here with any information that I don't have including new specials and what they do as you discover them. I pulled all this info off testing threads so far, so some might be incomplete or incorrect.
It *seems* all pet specials have 3 "levels" (L1, L2, L3) with L3 being the strongest version. I'm not 100% sure of this, but it seems to be the trend.
Try and keep this thread free of discussion if possible, I'd like this clean and easy to reference. Thanks!
New Pet Commands
/petBleedAttack
/petBlindAttack

are /petpin and /petsnare a root and snare respectively? Just think, if you can get pets close enough toa target, a player can't just casually walk out of its range anymore!

Seems that way, assuming we can find out which specials work with those commands.

Eye Gouge - Commandable - Causes Blind state on target; This is a trainable command under abilities hi-lite it and train like any other command. I used /tellpet eg. The pet I got it on was a CL60 kwi and it was (L2) it would blind about 50% of the time.
Had Knockdown on another pet (L1) it never KD anything even when I spammed the command.
Will let you know more when TC-Prime returns and I can tame more pets, but I never recieved the ability to train any other pet with the 4 abilities I found on pets (other 2 where passive was trying to level pets to see effects when TC was taken offline)

I was hopeing for variables, like the difference in possible power petween L1 and L3. However, I never expected there to be so many options. Many thanks for the throw of hope!
Any word yet on weather The Total Experience players will be able to obtain the CL65 Varactyl through quest yet?

pet/pet_ability:[learn_pet_ability_begin@pet/pet:tauntboost_1@pet/pet_ability:learn_pet_ability_end]
pet/pet_ability:[learn_pet_ability_begin@pet/pet:healthboost_1@pet/pet_ability:learn_pet_ability_end]
pet/pet_ability:[learn_pet_ability_begin@pet/pet:tohitboost_1@pet/pet_ability:learn_pet_ability_end]
These are the code string for Aggression (L1), Vigorous Health (L1), & Precision Strike (L1). So, my guess is that the following is true....
Aggression - Passive - Taunt like ability.
Precision Strike - Passive - To Hit bonus.
Vigorous Health - Passive - Pet Health bonus.
Vigorous Health - Passive - Pet Health bonus.

In my experience on TC,
Panicked rage instilled the berserk state on a pet when it was down to around 1/8 of its health.
the innate ability was on a voritor baby, and it fires automatically without command, it works basically as /enrage pet would do.
Marring storm I found on a viscous Huf Dun , but had at the time TC was mothballed, not seen it trigger once in combat spam, or noticed any affect to the pet at all, despite running through 4 32k caps on that pet.
precision strike seemed basically to be an accuracy bonus, I had a hurrton with precision strike, and one without.
sending one then the other against a same level mob from the same lair, the one with precision strike missed significantly less than the one without the ability.
agression as we know seems to be taunt, but as it was pretty much not working as intended on TC during my testing time its hard to comment further.

Staggering attack is commandable but appears bugged.
Frenzied blitz is not commandable. I did not see any affect in battle. I hope to find another baby of the same species to compare stats.

How are the special levels determined? Was this implimented so that lower level pets would have a L1 chance at best to perform something or can you train a pet higher levels of a move over time? I'm hoping this is something to do with lower levels not being as effective as higher level pets when performing special moves.

Did you have /enragepet on your pet before or after Panicked rage started, or do you think it wouldn't stack? If it does, the bonus from enrage might actually be something useful rather than the +20 damage we see now....

Yes I tried, no it didnt seem to stack.
panicked rage to me would be a nice little innate ability on a tank specced pet, an increase in damage at the end of a fight in my opinion , combine it with a higher level agression ability to hold aggro, and precision strike so more attacks hit, you have a nice , rounded pet skill.
In addition, I would think the higher level rage would increase damage more then our normal enrage , but I cannot confirm that as definate.
