Hi Everyone,

I've been looking through the posts to see if anyone has asked this question and I can't seem to find an answer, so here goes....

I am working on MCH and need to decide on a good complimenting profession. Opinions please:

1. Ranger

2. Pistoleer

3. TKM

Or any other suggestions??

Thanks

TKA... they are really strong can solo rancors wihout a pet and are so overpowered they can own everything!!!!!!!!! WITH a rancor at your side

I would go TKA, buuut i like guns better than punching, even if pistoleer is paltry compared to the legendary TKA.

Oiwik Kalmor the Rodian. Final profession pending.
I love the NGE... don't you?

to throw a couple of other possibilities in:
grenadeer
pikeman

(novice medic is a must for me personally) so any other suggestions? i am a wookie though, so that probably plays a role as well.

I hear TKM OR rifle are a good combo's for CH.

Cretures with poison and desease mixed with mind hits with rifle. deadly if the pets target the mind with there dot damage.

I was going to ask this as well, so thanks for saving the effort, Pistoleer is tempting seeing as I'm already up to my eyeballs in pistols xp. But then again rifleman/pikeman or something would be good for PvP.

I am currently mCH/mTKA/4340Medic and it is a tremendous PvE build. TKA deals outvery nice damage and since you are in the thick of battle with the pets, you are always close enough to heal them.

I used to be mCH/Pistoleer/Medic and that is a very good combo as well. I chose TKA over Pistoleer because I wanted to be more in the thick of combat.

I would probably not choose mCH/Rifle for two reasons, (1) you are too far from your pets to heal effectively, and (2) you do mostly mind damage with your specials, and pets do mostly health and action.

Enjoy.

MCH and Master Rifle is GREAT!

Do you have any idea how FAST a Master Rifleman can take down a creature? T21 AP3, 30% damage slice, 32% damage weapon powerup on it. My wookiee solo's 37k Enraged Rancor nests on Dath all the time.

Send in the tank/tanks. If the creatures are bunched up around my tanks. Strafeshot2 spams..Area of Effect shot. They all die fast. Single targets, Spam Headshot2 and watch the blue bar go bye-bye. The enemies creatures die so fast that my pets dont get hurt that bad at all. Plus being a rifleman and 50m from the nest I can see a clearer picture of the battlefield and command my pets better.

The pets are tanks..they dont do the killing..I DO..the pets are only there to hold my targets for me.

Almost done with my new template: Master Brawler/Master Fencer/Master Creature Handler. It is a blast standing next to my pet, and with the knockdown and warcry, along with the speedy health attacks, stuff drops and doesn't stand up again. Just have to watch your HAMs. With the speed at which you attack as a fencer, your HAM can go fast.

Well... i was going to go pistoleer/MCH... but since CH is bugged to hell atm... then I wouldn't waste time on it since you don't know when the devs get time to fix it... they are busy adding "vehicle customizing tools" for paint jobs and revamping chefs.... next they will revamp the crafters and then in 6 months they will realise there might a problem when the pet stands on top of you and when you tell it to attack it makes it look like its running away... wow... i meant this to be advice... and then it turned to a rant... well.. i'll go MTKA and Master Pistoleer... if CH doesn't get fixed good soon....

im a tkm and about to be a mch.

I would not say tkm are overpowered. Is whats overpowered is stacking defenses. being a tkm though allows me to obtain greater xp numbers than if I was any other character I would imagine. I think its a geat combo.

Currently im a 3-3-3-3 pistoleer with 3 BH pistol... that way im killing Savage quenkers in 3-4 Eye shots, and getting 300ish CH xp per kill with a level 8 gurrcat.......

Still a relative noobie to the CH prof but this seems to work well

Go rifle if you want to be TKA's nightmare

TKA really need their mind bar to be effective in combat.

So if you mind bleed them from a distance you could have a lot of fun in pvp.
