If they are unhappy with their veteran reward they can always use the trade forums. 3 months isn't that long of a wait time if they really want the other items and can't trade for them.

Not for nothing Tiggs, Thunderheart, and the rest - But these things cost SOE nothing! How hard is it to tell us; without question your most LOYAL (as your CU plaque states) customers, "Hey guys, I know we added this stuff two-weeks later, so we're going to reset your reward status so you can claim these now rather then waiting [insert timeframe of choice here]."
Many of us vets are still upset that we received a lizzard over a swoop... Not to even bring up that many of those "new players" are now gone or will soon be because they realized they can't be a Jedi in a month. But, those few that remain are already in the Village... Ugh!
Where do we stand on these? Will we get our chance to get them? Are there more being added that we should know about before making a choice this time?

Great so, nobody use there vet REWARDS, because something better might come along, but hey you can choose to use you 36month reward to pick up the new 6month reward that just came out. And making them tradable doesn't change the fact that ALL the loyal vets got bent over on the CU/expansion items. A lizard that i can ride, COME ON. Not only did i have to purchase JtL which any noob that bought the expansion got for free, I get this handy dandy lizard to take up a slot in my datapad, cause no one will buy it, cause no one uses mounts, for the same reason no one uses the x34, x35, or flashspeeder. THere slow as crap!! sorry for the rant.... /runs and hides...
I'd rather pick up my anniversary gift now (We only have a small window to receive those) and choose my vet rewards after I figure out which character is getting what/what the rewards are/ where I'm going to fit all this extra inventory
etc.Seriously, it would be great if the anniversary reward and the BARC Speeder claiming commands were seperate commands to the vet rewards.
At least if there was a way to choose those other rewards before choosing the vet rewards... I (and some other people) would be very happy.

But if you can find me ONE post where someone is willing to TRADE their BARC for the Varactyl, then you have a valid arguement!
The Digital Download was announced a week or more before TTE was announced. Plus, why not offer these as non-tradable rewards to players?
And while we're on the subject of speeders? Can we PLEASE get an AV-21 repair kit? Or allow AV-21's the ability to be repaired from DISABLED like the BARC?

I can wait 3 months... But I don't honestly feel I should have to... But I will...

I guess it doesn't matter if you treat us like bantha poo - since so few 2-year vets are left you can afford to hang us out to dry on this issue.
I'd be insane to expect anything different, however - how do they say it? "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."
I give my trust that people like myself that have forked over hundreds of bucks over the last couple of years would get a little love, and we get told "in three months use your next reward - instead of getting something better appropriate to your time commitment, go back and get a lesser reward because we shoved it in a few days after you got yours".
/sigh
Just one sign of hope would be nice that the Development team cares about those of us who have given life to SWG for so long - instead of seeing us as expendable, or, worse, since we've put up with so much assuming that they can just brush us aside and we'll stick around anyway. I guess they figure that if we've put up with so much crap already, nothing will make us leave. Not totally incorrect, unfortunately.

I did a search for BARC speeder on the trader forums only for the last 7 days. The search returned many results which tells me people are selling these.
