Hey, to any SOE team members who are reading this now, I just wanted to thank you for the EXCELLENT update that came out today. This addressed about 90% of the important ease-of-use issues that I had been frustrated about with this game. I hope this is a sign of things to come. I'm glad the team is focused on making the sure the customer is enjoying the game that they are paying for. Keep up the good work. My friend, who is beside me (and also is playing SWG on my other computer), summed the change of development pace and the current situation up in one word: RESULTS.

PS: There's no real place to drop off compliments for this product. Where I work we have a little box customers can fill out slips or paper where they commend us if we've given good service. I just think there should be something like that for this game as every one compliment makes up for about 5 complaints

Yes, thank you!!! This is perhaps one of the best patches to ever be released! I'm very glad that the team is taking a more active role in getting rid of old bugs and adding new content/changes while they are at it. Thanks!

Just come back after a two week vacation and had 23 pages of dev tracker to read .. now that's a good sign.

Lots of great stuff on the way, look forward to seeing what happens next!

Yes Ill admit I like the patch, but the village quest 4 bug should have been brought
to the front above all else. This bug is effecting a large portion of the comunity and
ignoreing it will only drive more of this comunity to haterid. It has been a week and we
have no information from anyone that this problem is even being addressed nor a eta of
when it will be fixed. If this bug is going to be that much of a problem, then why not
give everyone who has submited a csr ticket on this problem the quest unlocked free.
We have about 2 weeks left till this phase ends and I personaly know about 5 people
waiting for this to be addressed so they can reach padawan status. If not atleast throw
us a bone and say "Yes its a top priority issue and we expect to have it resloved by XXX".

Is it really that much of a problem to ask major game breaking buggs be fixed before
more "content" and frilly things be added to try and temporaily appease us till they
are fixed? You managed to fix the anti decay kit with hours of the patch... why hasnt
the same been done with the village??????

There are other professions then your precious little jedi grind... like *cough* smugglers who have been waiting far longer then you.

And Architects who just got another nerf. No, I'm not talking about the "free storage crafting stations." Way at the end of the line, jedi boy.

Impatient, this one is... teach him I cannot.

SOE, in the hopes that you read this: I LOVE YOU!!!!

I am VERY impressed with your work, and you are really whipping this damn game into shape. Thank you so much for what you have done, and I deeply appreciate it!
