Hello. My forum rank is not updating properly. I have the rank of Community Advocate, and should have the rank of Pilot.

Required for rank 15 (Leader) 12 month minimum
Required for rank 16 (Community Leader same as current) 12 month minimum 325 post
Required for rank 17 (Advocate) 14 month minimum
Required for rank 18 (Community Advocate) 12 month minimum 350 post-What I am at currently
Required for rank 19 SWG Crewman 16 month minimum (Officer insignia appears)
Required for rank 20 SWG Petty Officer 18 month minimum
Required for rank 21 (Pilot) 12 month minimum 400 post -What I should be at, since I have well over 400 posts.

Please adjust this is you can.

hehe from what I've read it's a known issue, there's not much chance of them going in and manually changing it for you.They'll most likely try to fix the whole issue which'll take care of everybody instead of doing changes one at a time.

You only get the post rank if you hit 12 months and 400 post BEFORE you
hit 18 months. If you hit 18 months before you get 400 post you will
not get Pilot. Your next rank would be rank 22.

But from his registered date (May-04) would hit 18 months inNovember 05. Now my calendar seems to think we are in June still.

I'm guessing its another lithium bug (probably came along with the auto-login cookie andthe authorisation pagebugs) so probably needs reporting to them.

But you may want to update the list of forum ranks as you are saying if you reach rank 20 you can never reach rank 21 and that isn't clear. I could understand if you reached rank 22 (24month, no post limit) that you would never go back to get Pilot (rank 21)if your post count went over the limit after reaching 24months.

I have not hit 18 months yet though.

Looked at that just now and your right, that
goes along with some other forum problems, we did have a meeting with
lithium this week and this is one of the issues under investigation,
unfortunately I really cant see why in your case it did not go up ;/
I'll check again though.

Possibly an old One star bandit bug where if you had a low star ranking your rank would go down. Seems that the people that had a lower rank due to this do not update properly. *shrug*

Yes,

But the whole, you have to have the posts before the time mark is throwing me a bit... should I be a squadron leader or not since I hit 425 only a week or so ago?

If I read teh whole before thing right, then I will be looking at going from rank 20 to 22 in about a month, then 23 4 months later, 25 2 months after that, and then 29 2 months after that (assuming I have 500 posts by then)... is this right?

Or should I be rank 24 now, 27 in about 20 posts, and then 29 (once again assuming I hit the 500 posts) as soon as I hit 32 months?
