I agree with the sentiment however I prefer to take a more positive line. You will get more results by not making it personal and keep badgering them with inelligent questions.

I beleive, right now TIggs Would love to wave a magic wand and make the servers run again. We cannot accecpt terms like down for maintenance. This implies a measure of planning which is sadly lacking. Keep up the pressure though.

I would like to express my total disagreement with the original poster, and support and encouragement for the Devs. This is no easy task they have to do.

It is emergency maintenance which means it was not a planned maintenance

If you would give us a schedule of the un-planned maintenance times, it would make life so much easier on us.

What little they are given $15 x 200,000 subscribers = a **edit** load of cash. Give me a break mate this kind of down time is unacceptable.

But I don't think thats why people are complaining. It's the lack of info that we are mad about. Just saying the servers will be up soon is not comunication.

We're Charley Brown, the Dev's are lucy and the Smuggler revamp is the football.
Every time we think, this is the time were gona get to kick the football Lucy pulls it away at the last minute.

Just to remind you:

com·mu·ni·cate

v. com·mu·ni·cat·ed, com·mu·ni·cat·ing, com·mu·ni·cates

  1. To have an interchange, as of ideas.

  2. To express oneself in such a way that one is readily and clearly understood: “That ability to communicate was strange in a man given to long, awkward silences” (Anthony Lewis).

  3. Ecclesiastical. To receive Communion.

  4. To be connected, one with another: apartments that communicate.

  1. What makes you think I'm not? And its not family money, its earned.

  2. I always note the number of posts, and when I see a low number I assume:

    1. Someone is speaking without context of the subject's history of performance, basically in ignorance, or

    2. It's a closet SOE rep's account, because only an SOE rep can brown-nose SOE with a bunch of unfounded, vapid, or otherwise lacking substance defensive statements.

------------------------
After taking a new toon thru Legacy to level 64, and another CL80 to CL90, I've concluded that this game is bereft of value, and no MMORPG can survive so many role and economic devestations.
