Howcome a CSR doesn't know the ETA on Euro servers ?
IMO, as a CSR, they should at least dial a number and ask someone responsible for that matter. On behalf of playerbase they 'represent'.

CSRs are only able to help with ingame issues. They have nothing to do with Server downtime/maintenance

Ofcourse ur right. Im just wondering that why none of them gets a friggin phone and calls someone who might know, so they could pass a message to all those ranting and whining people on the launchpad chat....

Information is passed on as it is had as many of you know that were in the launchpad chat last night. When there is no ETA it is simply because they don't know how long it will take. Sometimes it is hard for the engineers to give us an estimate on how long it will take to get a server back in service.

Thanks Tiggs
Goodluck on solving all problems then, if engineers are giving no ETA it got to be something complex.

Seeing as u are posting here Tiggs I will do the same
Simple fact is that people have been gettiung the same old crap from the CSRs 'No ETA'
How about telling us something, we dont need to know the details but have you any idea of how infuriating it is being ignored by CSRs in chat (which has been under moderation for hours now) then to be told 'no ETA'
Dunno where ur CSRs train but I would find another school

I kinda feel sorry for the CSRs who keep getting asked when this or that will be done. I used to work in a computer repair center. I'd get calls from some customers every 10 minutes asking if I know when I'll be done. This would usually be on an ancient computer that's been on life support since 1987 and they expect it to run the latest junk. Sorry sister, it ain't gonna happen, and no, I don't know when I'll be done

in addition : seems first post was made at 3:17 AM, just telling " no ETA" seems a bit over it.
We need to pay to play....some kind of info could be considered as "service to ur paying clients" , certainly when going down for more then 12 hours. Is the building or server blown up or so?

Is there any other information that you can give us like what is the problem, if this going to have an impact such as rollback or the like? This is looking quite serious if everything has been down for what is looking like over 15 hours of downtime.

No idea on a roll back yet at this time. Once we get more information I will update you.
