You make a good point...
In all reality, I doubt anyone was working on your server, and the problem is just now being addressed most likely. I think its the PST team that also deals with the Euro servers, and it was after the normal workday when they took your server down.
But correct me if I’m wrong Tiggs!

My girlfriend's uncle's best friend’s aunt told him that, she had heard it from a guy who works for a bloke who met a mate down the pub who told him that, his best friend’s neighbour’s wife's baby sitter said that she had every reason to expect that there might possibly be no news about a server up ETA.
But I'm not sure how accurate that is.

No idea on a roll back yet at this time. Once we get more information I will update you.
Man i got such a bad feeling about this, we spent all day yesterday completing thehardest quests on mustafar until the server went down in the middle of the night.
There better not be any roll backs or warps that make me lose the completed quests so far and the loot/quest items i was able to acquire last night.
And just when i was about to write anice thread about how well SOEintroduced theexpansion this timeand how welleverything has been working...

Shadowfire had about 30min-1hr rollback with our server problems, friend got kicked from server with 3444LS and came back on with 2444LS

they are lucky the community is so good otherwise they would have a very small player base

Actually, they stated in the past that they will most likely never do this again, remember the XP nerf, yeah....they think our XP earned is too fast as is. Hell, don't know if any of you followed Bria when it was up and down about non-stop for 3 weeks, their compensation, a free character transfer out of the server, that's it...

Well, I can't really see any reimbursments other than double xp that is easy to give with not much effort.
And, there should be an reimbursment! Whatever is may be, I'm curious about it.
I wouldn't mind a month free gameplay... I think we all deservs it with the kind of service we get...
