you will get your next rank in 5 days.
ranks only get verified at your registration day, since you haven´t had 450 postsat 09/29/2005 your rank didn´t got updated.

never had that bug happen to myself, but i´m an admin on another forum so i know about rank bugs
if i ever get GarVas job i will edit the ranking thread

well, it should change tomorrow or the day after, or it´s completely bugged now with the new forum version

I bet you guys know about Board Ranks. I was wondering:what exactly is meant by star rank? Does that mean if I post 50 messages, then I don't have to wait until I have been a forum member for such and such a time to reach that rank?

wing commander is a "star rank" - you may not qualify for it ever.

450 posts + 20 months old. I have that.
Stars have been removed from the board system these do not count.

Actually they still do. You just can't get a star rank anymore is all. The stars are still active behind the scenes. The ability to star someones post is removed - their effect was not.

When they removed star system they edited the rank post. All 31 ranks don't reflect being star ranks or not.
An easy way for them to fix it is to set all "stars" prerequisites for rank that needed some to 1 star.
