In my basement.

If you saw it, you would understand why it is out the norm, damp, dark, spiders, silverfish, boxes stack to the ceiling. Halloween all year long.

I will not specify who...because they may get in trouble. Logged in from Iraq, I play SWG with this person a lot. They did not have the best internet access, it was extremely laggy, but it was enough that we could play and do video conferencing. We would be in a group and this person would say.."OMG were being attacked again!" To which I would reply, "in town?" "NO, mortar attack. AFK" would be the reply...then silence. Always got a lump in your throat about that time.

I still love it when we had a video conference and during the conversation we could HEAR the mortars hitting the ground just outside.

SWG is a great escape in Wartime I guess...

SWG saved a life too! Because this person had one of the very few good laptops in the area, people would come to see SWG and watch. During one session a guy left his bunk to come watch, they were attacked shortly thereafter, and one of the shell HIT the bunk house the guy was sleeping in. Since it was the first shell to hit, the person would have had NO chance. He is alive today, because of SWG.

So far, I've logged in from cellular sites and hotel rooms in 4 different states. I spend most of my time travelling for work, so I have a portable network that lets me play from just about any location that has an internet connection.

I log in on my duty days at the air station while waiting for the search and rescue alarm to go off. Great Way to spend the time waiting

Truckstops EVERYWERE...Ta's are the only wifi truckstops that I can get into my online games. Pilots will not work(I think because of thier satillite based service. I havent tried FlyingJ yet as my company does not use them. Only game I can get on everywere(even pilot's) Is EVE-online. Ive been trying to patch SWG for 3 weeks, out on the road...What a Pain!...If U Need any more info let me know. LOTS of Rest areas are game ENABLED! and they probly dont know it

I've logged in from various airports, hotel rooms, the waiting room of the state tax office, my automobile...but my favorite play time of all was on a friend's boat, where I had logged in (via mobile carrier card) to meet up with friends while I was ona fishing trip. I was surprised thatI'd gotten such a great connection about a mile out to sea so I played for all of an hour or so then logged out -- or so I thought.

The next month my mobile carrier called me and said, "Your usage is usuallywithin your plan limitbut last month, on (this date), you managed to amass 562 minutes of airtime, and we are concerned." My invoice for that month was a whopping $900 and change! I nearly fainted!

Fortunately they granted me a one-time waiver of the extraordinary charges. I've never tried to play the game anywhere "extraordinary" again

I was at camp this year when I mastered BH. It was in a computer lab. They had these really good computers, and I thought, "why not?" The only problem was that they had deepfreeze, which undoes any changes made to the harddrive at the boot sequence. However, if you, ah, "remove" deepfreeze, it doesn't do that any more, and the computer's true gaming potential is open to all!
