I play SWG at lunch in my workplace, which is in a stately home in England.

A truly beautiful place to work, our offices are in the roof, and my window is in the top left hand corner of the image in the header of the website.

From my window I can look down one of the longest avenues in Europe (in the original meaning of the word. It is basically a 3km/1mile long lawn lined with trees). At the moment I cannot see the end of it due to fog.

The 500 hectare site has been the site of a stately home and gardens since the 12 Century, but has been rebuilt twice due to fire, with the current house being 18th Century.

When I've finished playing I can go on the light railway around the gardens, or eat freshly made sandwiches and other foodstuffs in the Tea Garden.

i have loged in from south korea at the DMZ for teh past 2 years

i loged in outside my house using a PSP with a VNC program on it. it was a lag fest and hard to do anything but just walk around my house change my clothing and stuff but i did it

I normally play at McDonalds they have wirelss internet, and I have also played at the Houses of Parliment they have wireless Internet too.

Jerusalem, Church of the Holy Sepulture, rooftop (just above Golgotha . Mobile phone dialup+laptop. Just did it because i needed to kill an hour waiting in the area.

Yeah, I log in from my couch alot...sometimes from my kitchen table and on the rare occassion, which is truly a treat, I log in from my bed. I think this is the new content that SOE has promised. "Forum Fun". Its the latest quest to divert attention fromthe bugs in the new expansion when you know we know that you havent even crossed off the bugs on the JTL TO DO LIST let alone ROTW. How about fixing the frellin' game? Yay we get another YT to fly around but the Y8 Miner is stillI broken. I think the devs must log in from the Twilight Zone.

when i was in the middle of something important i would carry my laptop into the bathroom with me at work. take that!!

i once logged in well on an training ex over the summer, and i wasin a trench, oh btw....dont do that sand and computers dont mix.....

I am currently only able to log into the Station from my location......I am deployed to Balad Air Base in Iraq. Since the computers here cannot be used for gameplay its the best I can do!

I travel a lot for work around the U.S. and Europe, so I bring my laptop with my Internet video camera to video conference with the wife and kids, then I switch over to SWG, all after work (of course). So most of the time, I log on usually from a Marriott or Hilton hotel or coffee bar in Heidelberg, Germany facing an old 12th century castle, Hamburg, Germany nearGermany's only ocean accessharbor, Paris, France in the Charles de Gaulle airport, Washington, D.C.,3 blocks away from the White House and facing the Capitol building several blocks down Pennsylvania Avenue, Palo Alto, CA near Stanford, Philadelphia, PA near George Washington's old Mount Vernon home, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, New York, NY in Times Square, New Orleans, LA next to the Convention Center (but not anymore after Katrina), Miami Beach, FL near South Beach, Orlando, FL in a Disney resort hotel or nearby, Las Vegas, NV in one of their casino hotels like Mandalay Bay, and wherever else my travels take me. Then there's 'home sweet home' in Georgiawhich is always 'on my mind'.

So the first thing guildies sometimes ask me when I log on is 'where you at today?'

That way I keep 2 things consistent, keeping in touch with my family and SWG while in strange places around the world. Plus it's great therapy to 'blow off steam'at night aftera busy travel and work schedule when on the road or at home.

First off complete props to anyone that is over seas for our country, and so I can play how i play...

I travel alot touring in a band, and like alot of u that already posted play via celphone connected with a USB cable. 12 hour drives arent so bad when u can log in and craft to your hearts content, and if we get lost can always alt-tab out for mapquest. I wont tell you what the other bandmates say about it but im sure you can guess
