the goggles on humans don't look very good but hte goggles on the Mon Cal i thing look much better.
i agree. the goggles look better on mon cals because of the shape of their head. doesn't look as "goofy"

on the humans they seem to sit too low on the forhead too (making it look like you have to tilt your head back to see)

It'd have to be a big advantage for me to wear the goggles into combat and not a helmet. Since you can't wear both at the same time and all. Or else joo get headshot once and die

When i went to buy the game on June 03, i did not even know there was a Special Edition. The guy at EB told me about it and said it was just 20 bucks more and he said it included a special item and a great book. I looked at my wallet and noticed i could afford it, but it meant i could sacrifice lunch. I though that the special item he was talking about was a really neat gun or something…At least the book was awesome, a nice collection to my Star Wars library. Overall I don’t regret buying it.

damn tab key (can't edit yet) I bought the Special Edition for the book, it goes nicely with all of my other Art of Star Wars books.
And, yes my Master Ranger still wears his goggles... I figure it fits with his profession.

It would be so WRONG to see the Doctor without his shades man... come to think of it, I don't think I've EVER seen Griggs without them bro. LOL.

Just a thought...
Many, like myself, pay for and use multiple accounts. I bought the Collectors Edition for my alt and noticed all those ugly goggles.Perhaps we would see many more people wearing theirs if they had an additional attribute, like +3 Defense v. Blind. Just wondering how much work that would take to implement, and if it is a possibility. We might just end up seeing a bunch of those things start popping back into the game.

Dude the goggles kick-assI wear them on my main char (zabrak) and I could not picture him without them now

My human character on Kauri wears them all the time. I wear a flight suit that most people dont even know exist and they look great on him.

Is it the heavy flightsuit, because I do the exact same thing!
Seriously, this would be nice, but it is a bit unfair, and probably wouldn't be received well by the community. Like it was said, I could picture my characters without them. Maybe some new goggles would be nice though.

Common guys, give me a break. It would be unfair for those that bought the Special Edition to have glasses with some small attribute? Whatever, aren't there bigger things in the Star Wars universe to worry about. I think it's a great idea to give the SE people something more then goggles. Personally I like the idea of just adding two sockets to them. The arguement that it's not fair to the people who can't afford it? Thats a load of crap. Anyone can buy either game. This is America and they have that choice. Its all a matter of sacrifce and desire. The devs have already created "unfair" practices in the game. It happens all the time. Big deal. I remember last Christmas, there was a group of people that got (1) free holocron, another group got (2) free holocrons, and another group received nothing. Is that fair? In fact, when JTL comes out, the veterans get a free ship that the newbies do not. Life is all about things not being fair. If you don't agree with that statement now, you will when you get older.

I bought the SE when it first came out. The only free time was 30 days. Unless SOE shafted me for the other 30 ?

That web site is just so wrong..... Well, I spent a couple minutes looking through it, so it couldn't have been all wrong.

Hmmm... I always have my goggles on. Always. Makes a good story for role playing.
