I can understand why you don't make it where people can keep creating chars and getting tons, but if you limit it as stated they could never get more then 1 per server. What happened to the old system where we got a flash speeder and yacht on every server that was soo much nicer.
Because of cross server trades, don't know if you were here during the holocron days but it was a mess.

nobody uses mount anymore because you can't attck while riding them since the cu.

I mean that sincerely... though as I type this, I realized that by the time that guru gets back, the window for collecting the anniversary gift will have expired, hehe.
I'm about ready to select my veteran rewards (Though I would have prefered to hold on to them for a little while longer), so in the end it's not so bad for me.
It just seemed to be a bit of a screwy implimentation... sort of created a nuisance for the user.
Regardless, thanks for not forgetting.

This reminds me of the fact that at Fanfest in one of the forums I asked why those of us who pre-ordered the digital download (before the BARC was even announced) couldn't have been given a choice between the two instead of forcing us into one or the other and one of her (Can't remember her name - the blonde not Ronda or Tiggs) answers was that we have never had a way for a player to choose between two exclusive items. Her response shocked me considering the vet rewards system wasn't that old and featured several times as a big deal. No, we've never had a system where players can choose between two different items. *rolls eyes*

The Varactyl was available with the Digital Download, some of our Veteran players decided to get the BARC Speeder instead by purchasing TTE or using the trade forums. Both items are tradable so you can get them without purchasing the expansion or packaging.
Thanks for answering, Tiggs. This is a great turn-around from the CS we were receiving right after the CU went live. With another month or so of thie, I think you will be able to put up that "and darn good at it too" after you title.
Will SOE be adding anything else for the 2 year vets? I shoudl be reaching mine pretty soon and would like something that is in the "for the field" catagory. Everything I have seen as a reward after the 12 month ones seems to be "for fun" (holograms and minatures) and "for the home" (minature display cases and fireplace). I am really glad I did not ahve to waste my 2 year reward so I could get the 2 year anniversary gift like all the people who started playing at launch. Is there a possibility of reimbursing the vets who had to use their 2 year reward to get the Corvette or Lamda holos?
Also I've seen the JSF holo and it looks sweet! But the Death Star holo looks chunky. It appears to have been modeled after a paper version of itself with visable lines where the sections meet. Are there any plans to fix this (so it looks more spherical)?
And thank you for listening about Creature Handler. We finally got some love I have not explored the whole system yet, but the ideas and concepts I heard about are nice.

No, he said limit it to one per account per server so that cross server trades couldn't happen. Well, they could, but only once. It'd be like a while back when they gave new toons 75k. But it was only once per account per server.
