We care very much about our customers. We will not be giving out specific information on what is coming at this time. However, I can tell you that our main focus overall is to make SWG more fun for a wider audience. Our Live team will be focusing more energy on fixing top issues.
Could it be possible to stop adding new features and content until at least most of the bugs are fixed.
Top issues:
Armorsmiths have to craft EVERYTHING by hand
Bio-Engineer Tissues (effects BE and Tailor)
Several (if not MOST) Quests on the Wookie planet do not work. (yet you deside to mess with the Valarian quests)
Smugglers were shown a well documented revamp... then given the "Plan B"
Entertainers lose more ground with every publish.
And the list goes on... and on...
I know to fix the Entertainer profession would require new content, but that could be considered a fix to the profession rather than adding a new glow stick with flashing lights.

This is the problem with the majority of what has happened. It appears that rather than trying to keep the current players happy and content and rewarding those of us that have spent 2 years playing this game, we are constantly alienated for new and incoming players. The last expansion was a nice boost, but again the veterans got screwed out of one of the best vehicles in the game. The same could be said on any number of occasions. How often has the new player tutorial and introduction and starting quests been revamped or overhauled? Us Vets need our love too and reasons to remain. But its obvious as long as new players keep coming in to replace the Vets that leave it honestly makes no difference to the Suits and Devs that are in charge.

Does this wider audience include someone else besides BH and Jedi?

This all harkens back to the "sandbox" for the CU, we would get a bunch of info at once, then months go by without a word, then the new info doesnt match what was said before and we got riled up.
The Devs are damned if the give us info, for if it changes then ppl cry foul, and damned if they give us no info so then ppl scream about bad CS. Its a tough balancing act, but I agree with alot about known well documented bugs on TC getting pushed to live, I cant imagine how that happens.
Onto what I quoted from ShadowHawk01. I am an Armorsmith, and just yesterday a 'old school' player gave me a /tell saying he was back and wanted to be an AS and asked for advice on what to make/grind. I told him in no uncertain terms to try and grind AS now (hand making everything for little xp). I hate the tediousness of this crafting system and the experimentation bug is just icing that broke the camels back
Also I have an Ent and would like to see the NOVICE entertainer tree done something like the Politician tree, not have it count against your skill points and only have the 'elite' classes (Dancer, Image Designer, Musician) cost skill points. For its the elites that will do the Buffs, if they ever get into the game.
But from my experiance in this game since Beta and being in the CU Sandbox that:
-The Devs will do what they please
-We will still pay our cash every month
-Whining is eternal
I have to disagree.. partialy.
If they would let us know on what they are working, or give us some feedback on all those gazillions of thread that have very cool ideas for almost any profession, it would take away alot of the bad feeling towards the devs, CS and SOE as awhole.. but i dont expect them to post anything usefull anytime soon.

I know what your saying, I think it would be a good idea too but just look at the poor Smugglers, they were promised a publish, had the ideas, given an exact time frame and....well you know whats happened there and the animosity it has lead to.
The Devs have the 'In Development' thread, they just choose not to use it to its full capability. From what I have learned from profession corrispondants over the years their Forumssometimes degenerate to'Whoever yells the loudest gets the attention', while other who yell too loudly get ignored ( point to recent Corr drama as proof)
i hear you mate..i m a Smuggler..
and now.. Tiggs just posted that our revamp is postponed again... Yep.. we got the shaft again.

You guys have been saying this for over year. When are we actually going to see timely fixes?? I'm so tired of you guys claiming you care. You guys have not hotfixed the bounty hunter mission problems, nor have you fixed the problem with tailors using BE tissues. These are just two problems directly affectingmajor aspects of twodifferent professions, and these are on live servers. I work in a profession where I study people, and I have learned more about them not by what they say, but by what they do. Stop telling us you care and start actually fixing things......
