Howdy,
We are working with Lithium to get this resolved. Apparently it is a problem with the latest build.
It would be nice if they fixed it so we could post using the latest FireFox (1.0.4) as well. I have to dig up and old copy of IE just to post...
Amazing that such a serious bug could manage to slip through both Lithium's QA dept and Sony's exhaustive testing proceedures...

Thanks.
It has been a week since you posted regarding working with Lithium. Is there any progress, and if so... when can we expect a fix to be implemented?

Incompetence. Larry, Moe, and Curly must be behind the scenes tripping over each other. How many weeks, now months, until you can fix something as simple as a cookie on a message board?

I'd also love to see a fix, or at least a status update. Thanks!

Excuse me Sony, I'm waiting on my pay check for exhaustively testing you stuff. Please PM me for address. Oh BTW, the results of the test are "crap". Like today for example. Pub 17.0. Doesn't work. You should of reverted and tested it yourself for a few more days, instead of not letting us play all day long. The servers were only up 30 minutes. I think most people would have rather played, then do nothing waiting for a sever to come up. Mean while, CSR's keep saying a couple more hours. Well, I can understand CSR's not knowing anything. Then Tiggs, saying it'll be soon. Well, guess what, soon didn't seam very soon to me today. That's all I have to say for now.

You know what, I am the Administrator of a much smaller forum then this. And if the newest forum software caused this kind of problem with the system, I would restore a backup of the forum and the files of the older version, not keep on using a broken version.
This is both bad business on both SOE and Lithium's part. 1) Lithium should have fixed the problem, I am sure SOE pays a lot of money for it, I guess Lithium is doing to the same as SOE is doing to us, making us pay for a broken product.
I am sorry, you people run a business. You need to start acting like one. (Well, sad fact this is how most businesses work, all about the greed and they don't care about their customers.)

Me too and /agree. If I ran my IT dept like this I would have been fired a long time ago.
Having said that, I don't exactly hold the clientele completely blameless.....
