I don't get the mail! It was like this on the JTL beta too.
I have tried different mails and internet browsers (opera and IE) no mail at all

Don't argue with idiots, they just drag you down to their lvl and beat you with experience!!

Tiggs, after taking Son's advice I checked my fan club profile and noticed it still had my old e-mail listed. I corrected it (but oddly my forum profile has the correct e-mail address). I signed up for the beta the first day it was available. But Im afraid due to this over sight on my part I may have missed my confirmation e-mail. Is there anyway you can check and have it re-sent to the correct address (assuming I get in)? I'd kick myself for missing this chance.

Thanks!

I believe, like most early beta's theyre pulling in primarily those that have demonstrated traits that would lead them to believe they would make good testers...then they will expand, expand, expand as the systems become more focused on the overall experience, rather than small focus groups. so odds are you guys will get in relatively early compared to the general masses.

This also happened to me, last night while registering an alt account. The following will resolve the issue...

Go to the fan club page and make sure you have the option checked to "Check here to elect to receive the Star Wars Community Newsletter" (don't forget to hit "submit" afterwards to save the changes). If you don't have this selected it seems that you won't receive the confirmation email for the ToO beta testing.

If you've already signed up, then after you make the above changes to your profile you can go back to the beta sign up page and use the option to have them resend the confirmation email to you (which you should receive this time).

I don't know if this applies to the acceptance emails as well (since I haven't received one yet), but it's better to be safe rather than sorry.

PS. Make sure you also turn off or tone down your email filters so that the confirmation/acceptance email doesn't get "gobbled up" accidentally...

Thanks Son!

On the Fan Club step, that option NEVER saves for me, everytime I go to that page both the boxes are not checked no matter how many times i check them and hit submit. For some reason I am able to recieve the confirmation email on my 2nd account today, while yesterday it wouldn't get to me. I also have a problem of never recieveing Newsletters (Used to get them fine but I've gone about a year without recieving one now, and I've made sure all 3 boxes on the Newsletter Sign-Up are checked and stay that way, only guess is the Fan Club settings not saving)

Yea, I just tested this too and going to the Fan Club page the second time the boxes were no longer checked. I decided to leave it that way and check to see if I could recieve another confirmation email and it was unsuccessful. I'm guessing this is why I missed out on the RotW beta. I've been playing this game since the original Beta and was in the JtLS Beta. I was disappointed at missiing the RotW Beta but just figured that since it was so short only a very few people got invited.

Now thinking about it I haven't recieved a newsletter in a long time and I don't remember unsubscribing. I had just assumed that I unsubscribed and then forgot about it and didn't worry about it. Something must be up with the email system.
