Tiggs was one of the most helpful and active Community Relations personnel I have seen in any game. It's not her fault that the Developers of the game didn't get her all the information. She put up with all the flames and insults and she will be missed...

I agree with the OP. Good riddance. Perhaps the office of Community Relations will now begin to Relate to the Community.
If nothing else comes out of this NGE, this is good news.

It was fun seeing you get flamed and not just hide behind your pc and actually flame back a little bit 
. I hope it wasn't your passion for your job that helped get you fired. Speaking up and showing some differentiation from the norm is often frowned upon in corporateAmerica ( and make no mistake, SOE is as corporate, stuffy-suited as it gets). I wish you the best of luck and thanks again for actually getting involved with the player base as much as you did, a true example for your predecessor to hopefuly emulate. I hope this giant 10 + page thread shows you how many people appreciated your efforts!

What makes you think SOE/LA gives a damn what anyone thinks. The changes will be steamroller'd through whatever anyone says.
Tiggs could only relate what she was told to relate to us, havent you got that yet..

Tiggs was a truly great person who devoted more of her time than anyone else. She stayed up late nights to sift through all the forums junk and answered questions as truthfully as possible. Why she got fired I cant see.... SOE needs more devs like this - - truly dedicated to her work and to the community.
