Thread: We want to talk with Tiggs/Garva's Superior

Tiggs and Garva as customer relations employees feel as though in the "real world" when a customer gets mad they could just have the customer escorted out by security. Anyone who has held a job that involves customer relations even something like a job at burger king knows that this is not the case. I for one feel as though they are not doing their job, but instead are making idle threats. I for one DEMAND to talk with their superior regarding the current situation since Tiggs/Garva are not satisfying me as a customer.
There is something going on here that we as the customer are not receiving the services for which we pay. It is Tiggs/Garva's job to take what we want as a community and provide the devs with input for what the CUSTOMERS want for what they are paying for. It is in turn the devs job to provide and program into the game what it is the customer wants. Either 1) Tiggs/Garva/all the relations people are doing their job of telling the Devs, and the devs are not doing their job, or 2) Tiggs/Garva/ all the relations people are not doing their job and the devs lack of performance is based on a lack of input. Either of these options seem viable. I see the situation as very simple. Let's break it down into McDonald's mechanics. Tiggs/Garva/representatives are taking our oder. Devs are making our order. We as the customers are recieving Chicken McNuggets every time we order a hamburger. So we complain to the register (i.e. Tiggs an Garva in this situation). It is their job to correct the bad order which may not have been their fault by giving the wrong order to the cook. They are however required to apologize and ENSURE WE GET WHAT WE ORDERED.
We have recieved a wrong order several times now, and it has gotten to the point which the person at the register has become so frustrated that they have given threats and backtalk. It only seems logical that despite what we keep hearing someone is not doing their job. So now I for one demand to speak with whoever is in charge here so we can sort this out and find out just WHY WE ARE NOT GETTING WHAT WE ASKED FOR. Plain and simple.
This is no threat or trolling. I am simply asking that we be allowed to speak to a superior about a service which we pay for yet are not getting what we ask for. It is not flaming against Tiggs/Garva/any rep/ any dev. I am simply saying someone here is OBVIOUSLY not doing their job, and so a superior should come and speak with me AS A CUSTOMER. I am not trying to place blame on any single person however the blame needs to be placed somewhere.
WE WANT TO TALK TO A SUPERIOR SO HE CAN SORT THIS OUT. IF HE CANNOT SORT THIS OUT THEN WE MOVE ON UP THE LADDER UNTIL SOMEONE CAN.
Let's not use this to flame or troll. Simply let the reps know we want to have a chance to speak with their superior since there is a lack of performance somewhere on the part of the reps or the devs which needs to be found fora) the good ofthe customer, and b) the good of the company

Can it still be bumped since it has been moved? Or will it only be bumped in these forums where essentially no one will see it and the ranting/complaining will only continue where people could see it....

If this is where the 'business' is taking place and also the place where 'people aren't doing their job' then posting here will definitely not have an impact. If you continue to bump your own thread, which is against forum rules, then you stand a chance of having the thread deleted for spamming. And if you make flaming posts about it being deleted, then you stand the chance of getting a ban. Do you see where I am coming from? This is not the appropriate venue to deal with this issue. The big dogs have posted on the forums before, they are there if you will only look. There has been no plot to hide them from the public.

I have made no flaming posts of it being deleted. It is the appropriate venue to deal with the issue. They have posted before but not on these issues. I am not saying there has been a plot to hide them from the public only that there is a need for them now and we WANT to speak with them. Not dig up some old post. We want to speak with them now so they can hear our concerns presently instead of getting second hand info. Now please if all you are going to do is denounce the fact that a superior needs to speak with us and sort out this situation where someone is not doing their job, then please do not post here as this post does not concern you as you do not share the same feelings. If you do not wish to speak with a superior then just don't worry about those of us that do.
