I read that...Why would it be so difficult to call the Flamethrower IV "Pyrotechnician"?

I like it, but is it actually spelled "Granadier" in game or was it a typo?

?????

Umm. HUH? With the nerfs on the DOT,buffs, armor, and chef stuff. I don't think im going to be doing much close quarters combat.

But I see that PVP will be much more expensive. Heavy particle beam cannons and rocket launchers are marvelous. Never leave home without them now. Lets see armor and buffs try to stop those.

/shudder :flashback of my first and last time I use the FT in PVP: /twitch

No the flame thrower stays at home for now on.

Any know if the devs are doing anything to make the disposable weapons rechargeable? Could save me a mint if they could be.

Armor and buffs stop these with ease. Though occasionally I do get an incap on people without armor and buffs with these. But in all honesty, if you want to pvp, pick something up besides commando, as commando is by far the worst pvp combat class in the game.

Well if they do more damage that what I saw from the FT then they might be worth it. I also major in TKA. Just run around with a set of VK's and when they start to kite pull out the artillery.

I guarantee they weren't wearing armor then. I've been using rockets and heavy particle beam cannons for months, and they will do about 350-700 dmg in full composite armor (with lots of misses, giving the opponent plenty of time to use a stim B). I don't know how it is on your server, but on chillastra, we all always wear armor and are fully buffed for pvp. I'm not saying I don't incap the occasional idiot now and then, but the times for using one of these for anti-personel is far and few between. Like I said, they are stopped with ease, the guys your friends incapped should go ahead and quit the game, because they are too retarded for pvp. Personally, I haven't been killed by a commando in going on 4 months now (I've had 3 masters on me at once, and none of my HAM bars fell below half). It hurt to drop master commando a week ago, but I'm a lot more effective now. The only usefull line left in commando is the heavy weapons line, and then its only uses are sliceing power regulators and destroying vehicles and turrets(at-st's go down MUCH faster to riflemen, who are more like commandos then commandos in this game). Grenades, flamethrowers, and heavy acid rifles are the absolute most useless weapons in the entire game for pvp.

blar, demolitionist. Why not artilleryman? That's what the line is, hand-held artillery weapons. Oh well, at least we're getting SOME change.

Grenadier is right.

http://dictionary.reference.com/search?r=2&q=Grenadier

"A soldier equipped with grenades."

Grenadeer isn't in any dictionaries I've looked in.
