Dont you guys see, the 2.5 damage mod is to get rid of the band wagon commandos.

Well they can take their 2.5x penalty back...the bandwagoners were better.

No offense instended but, making the class very unenjoyable for those who worked/are working hard to Master it(I find one find it so aggravating as to border on unplayble and no, I dont do PvP, I like PvE) just to weed outthe wieners(not that every single that quits over this is a wiener,I seen some good folk walk away in frustration)is alot like curing a headache by cutting off your own head.By bowing on this in the fashion they did,they have started a never-ending cycle of professions giving the old 'Aww, we suck so bad! Every other profession in the game is better than us!' spiel and crying for nerfs every time another profession outperforms them once or twice...( As a certain little green fellow would put it: 'Once you start down the path of the nerfage, forever will it consume you....)

Really,what I see happening here is because of some powergamers they are punishing the living hell out of the casual player who couldnt care about all that PvP/I gotta be more uber than everyone else stuff that just wants to have a little fun pretending to be a Star Wars character, and that truly is a shame...

just goes to prove, y moost of us commandos r pissed, i hate this scheiße! when i become master, it will be for my love of the profeesion, i hate bandwagoners

sorry but i was one of the first commandos in the game, and im through with the bs. i wont sit around another 3-6 months as the devs realize they made a class entirely unfun to play again.

I too was with it before the fixes, running around using the launcher pistol. I was bouncing between smuggler and commando and decided on commando because it *sounded* like a more combat oriented profession. Well I just dropped everything except novice, I honestly don't know what im going to do now, as I was planning on mastering commando (was 2-3-2-4), but I dont know now, the dev's have ruined what I felt was a reasonable class to play.

not only the 2.5X modifier, but on TC now suppousedly theres a 20% decay rate on *all* items in your inventory when you get INCAPPED

thats essentially a money sink to end all money sinks for the commandos that carry hvy weapons on them, not to mention we're going to be greatly effected by that since we're more suicidal due to the 2.5X mod

Wont effect me, I'm done with this game.I'll cancel, maybe finish Windwaker, and putz around with BF42 til WOW comes out.

I think all DE's Commando's Pikeman, and anyone else who feels pissed on to do the same.Every month you pay you're gettin ripped off for another $14.95 If they had to send a guy to get the money rather than take it right out of my bank account I would have beaten him and taken the money I've paid so far out of his wallet.

Band wagon commandos stepping off?

I see more and more master commandos stepping off.

Me included..today....

Going the BH line....thought it would keep me occupied while they get their act together about commandos...but I filled all the scout in all day but survival IV.....*sigh* I spent more time brawling than I did to get full marksman tree and full scout tree....and they say getting BH is hard.....

The changes just make it even harder to become master commando and will increase the ratio of dabblers to master significantly more. I like the commando but its not enough in itself to keep me interested and with the silly pre-requisites you have fewer points to help plug the holes left in your character.

Since we have to waste points in rifle and carbine and arguably unarmed I feel I only have enough points to raise one or two lines in commando.

My advice is stick with commando if you like doing a ton of damage, but that alone is not enough to see you through. I would keep the flamethrower and heavy weapons and ditch the other two. They dont really add that much to your character.

With the extra points I highly recommend getting to 3-2-0-0 CH so you can use a graul mauler, with light armour and 75% kinetic resistance, it will allow it to keep mobs off you long enough to flame. With the rest of the points you can give yourself some short range offense or get some defensive skills.

yester day me and my 5 master commandos with one sl whent hunting gess wat we ran itno r first mob and it were a con green so i need unarmed xp so i whent tka ok on it

i whent tk and relized that it was a actuly con weit if i would of soloed it out sid a group no bigy i still had it but my frends be staning there falmers equiped and he used a aoe attack and instantly incaped them all only did me 250 dam **edit** i thought no bigy i killed him and healed my frends they were u know pissed

ok so we go alitel more on ran int some dog thing whent tka to tank they bafed me so they out and flame them wich was cool expet as soon as they shot they whent argo on them and they were down so i pulled out flamer and coned and i got incap so were all incap and there all on fire they die we get up were all pissed it was as gay as hell we ran into some lizzerds cone light green well this is r misson so we attack them gess wat in 6.1 sec were all ithere runing for are lifes or incaped or dbed

were all mster commandos and when we go hunting we die and die fast becous of this 2.5 mod it taltoly ruins evry thing to the game i was so mad i stoped playing for the rest of the day

i no it makes it sound like we have no skill or tatics at all but we do we fight all the time to gather and befor pach we had lernd how to kill any thing now u end a low lvl mob at us and if one uf us dont go tk or pitol were all ded its just to gay

Umm.. as far as dropping the bandwagoneers and dabblers... no... I have yet to see a Master CH drop his Flame4 skills yet... 2 Graul Maulers and Flame 4 is still the most powerful PvE combo in game that doesnt involve some Imp with his cheesy 3 ATST's.
