It's the BLUE frog outside the SP's on dedicated test servers, they provide all sorts of goodies from weapons and armour to skills, all for free to test with.

Just to be specific. Frogs on means no more newbie testing. I can now make a master template and test away? If so also can someone please email Caleban the commando guild WP. Id like to test with other like minded types.

so does this mean that right now all fo the commando mods work. that includes the heavy wep speed. if so then i am gonna own, lol. all commandoes are goin to own.man i hope this is true if so then my dream just came true. lol. thx for all the information.

First impression:
1. Particle effects for Commando weapons rock!!!!
2. I can't seem to get the proton rifle to fire anyone having this problem?
3. RL still firing the acid particle effect 
4.Intimidate doesn't wear off ---> I dueled someone 5 (make that now 15 minutes still int) minutes ago and I'm still intmidated and something else is still lighting me up like a disco ball but no indicator on what it is.

Couldn't get my proton rifle to work
But I liked what I tested of the rest. I use rifleman specials with my flamer 
Tried some pvp vs other proffessions was abit disgruntled that TKM still own so bad in pvp when they get in reach...
But still... kite and use legshot + headshot with my flamer and I could manage
